 Spirituality is the practice of seeking God/One/All/Divine/Universe/Source in everything. It is the recognition that we are more than our minds, bodies and to-do lists; we are expanding infinite souls in an expanding infinite Universe. To be a spiritual person is to focus on spirituality as a life’s path, is to begin to live from your soul’s perspective. This means: There aren’t any rules. There aren’t any practices. It’s you and your soul, figuring it out together. It’s you and collective soul, figuring it out together. You can be spiritual within any religion, or you can opt out of religion and create a practice of your own. There are many paths to spirituality, but only one mountain to climb. We each must walk our own path. This is the journey of each soul. If you are a spiritual person, this is what your life is about. No matter how long it takes—this lifetime, next lifetime, next lifetimes after that—everything leads to the Divine.
