Daily Divine: What is a sign of living authentically?

Today’s Daily Divine is from The 33 Lessons:

“To be real is to see God.

To lie on a beach, with the sand under your body, and to have your mind unclouded by waves in the electronica. This is the way.

To sit in your human skin.

To sit in your spirit skin.”

All I can say about that lesson is this:

If you are young, enjoy everything about your body in this world. 

And if you're old? 
​Enjoy your body even more.
