Don't live in the past.
No matter how painful your past has been, your wound is not meant to be relived now, in the present.
You don't need to know why things happened.
Some things are beyond our understanding.
What is more useful is to accept that the past is gone and the future is still forming.
Living Now, this is all there is.
Don't bring your pain forward.
Drop it on the side of the road and move on.
