 If you're stuck, pay attention to what's working.
If something feels stuck or doesn't seem to be happening, look around for where the energy is happening. This is where Flow is. Always move toward what feels lively, easy, effortless, activated, even if it's not where you thought you were heading. Let the energy lead you.  Be with kindred spirits.
Those who understand things as you do and who are committed to the soul path—find these. If you realize that you are surrounded by people who are not awake, seek other souls. You are not meant to live numb. You are meant to continue in your expansion, and to encourage others in theirs.  The Universe is always guiding you.
If you pay attention, you can hear the music of Divine guidance in all moments. Look, listen, feel, know. very little thing is communicating with you all the time. When you pay attention to all of the signs, synchronicities, emotions and energies all together, all at once, you will discover Flow.  Keep your own counsel.
It can be tempting to ask others for advice, and it may be valuable to hear their wisdom. But in the end, you must make your own decisions. The opinions of others are of less value than your own heart's knowing. When you connect to your heart, which is where the soul resides, your answers is always clear.  Change happens quickly.
Just as you might notice the current of the river change, when you are in Flow you will sense or see that change is coming. What you won't know is exactly how or when it will happen. You will be waiting for change and then one moment the stream will suddenly shift. When change arrives, it will be surprising, sudden and different than you thought.  Habits don't start out as habits.
One day you make a choice, and the next day you make the same choice, and over time this becomes the groove you follow. It may be a good groove. Or it may be a very toxic groove, one you feel you can't ever get out of. A habit is a choice made over time. If you want to change, make a new choice. Switch to a better groove. |
