Do you know what's important to you?
If you aren't sure what's meaningful to you, it can be harder for the Universe to guide you there.
Some people value romance—they want love and connection and passion with a partner.
Some people value family—they want to support and help and assist their biological or created family.
Some people desire abundance—they seek to enrich their lives with whatever they consider to be wealth.
Some people have goals they want to accomplish—they are here on a mission in this lifetime.
Some people want magic every day—they want moments that defy understanding, in sublime connection with the Universe.
You might want these things—or you might want something else.
The point is, knowing what's important to you—discerning it and claiming it to the Universe—is how you will be led to reality.
P.S. Try my NEW Divine Oracle and let the Universe give you some answers!
We tend to set some pretty lofty goals for ourselves at this time of year:
I will do this.
I will not do that.
I will be this way.
I will not be that way.
If you long to become a more expanded version of yourself this year, that's a great intention. That's what where here for—to become truly ourselves.
But if your resolutions stem from a different place—like shame or fear or anxiety, you might want to reconsider if you need to make them.
We don't have to be so rough on ourselves.
Most of us are doing the very best we can.
You are good enough, exactly as you are.
You don't have to remake yourself a certain way.
It's enough to set intention to become more yourself this year.
That's going to be plenty.
P.S. Receive guidance from the Divine Oracle, my new online oracle deck!
Do you experience magic in your life?
Do you experience signs and synchronicities many times a day?
Do you communicate directly with the Universe?
If you're not experiencing this yet, or only sometimes, it's okay.
But remember this: this version of reality—magic, signs and synchronicities, direct communication with the Universe— is a way you can choose to live. To do so is very simple:
• You detach from how things "should" be.
• You open your awareness to how things are.
• You let yourself feel this beauty and wonder.
The more you allow yourself to open, the more you are opened.
P.S. Receive spiritual guidance from the Divine Oracle, my new online oracle deck!
I am beyond excited to bring you a project I've been working on for some time now.
Introducing my NEW Divine Oracle, an interactive online spiritual tarot deck!
Divine Oracle was inspired by the Sabien Oracle, created by spiritualists in San Diego in 1925, One day, astrologer Marc Edmond Jones sat with medium Else Wheeler, and recorded the visions she received—visions that corresponded to the astrology of each day.
I was fascinated by this channeling process, and wondered what would happen if I used my own channeling abilities to receive answers from the Universe.
In creating the Divine Oracle, I used the same method as Jones and Wheeler— I sat in meditation, connected to my spirit guides, and asked the Universe to provide an answer.
Of course, the tricky part was the question hadn't been asked yet!
Thus, creating this spiritual tarot deck involved channeling blind—receiving the answer without knowing the question.
I worked with the same spirit guides I have channeled for so many years—tall beings of light that some people might call Pleadians or ascended masters. The answers arrived immediately as a string of words, and then a moment later, as a complete answer in words.
You will find the Divine Oracle is a marvelous tool for guidance and soul growth! We'll be working with it closely the next few months, and you can access it anytime here. Ready to ask the Divine Oracle for guidance?
As we begin 2020, it's temping to slap on a whole bunch of New Year's resolutions.
We vow to lose this weight.
We vow stop this habit.
We vow to radically change.
But this approach has always felt unreal to me.
It's about integrating our whole selves, rather than shaming or restricting parts of us
It's about stepping into who we are—and trusting what's no longer needed will naturally fall away, without stress or struggle.
What I like to do around this time of year—instead of resolutions—is to take another pass through The 33 Lessons, and use them an as an exquisite tool for setting intention.
Join us in spiritual community, as we begin again for 2020, and set 33 intentions for the year ahead.
Every year, I channel a forecast for the year ahead. Here’s what’s ahead for 2020:
1. The soul collective wakes up. Starting with The Shift in 2012, the soul collective has been waking up. As we arrive at 2020, we are aware that the collective is aware of itself. We are aware of ourselves as One, and we understand our power.
An example of this—of the soul collective becoming actualized—might be of a person who has been bullied. Not just by recent events, but for many decades since WWII.
Since the 1930s, we have been bullied and threatened. Now, as the last of this generation decides to reincarnate, the spell is broken. We no longer exist in the trance of fear inhabited by our ancestors. Collectively, we let go of that past, and emerge into a new reality.
2. 2020 is a “4” year. This is a year of organization, work and building. It is about practically, methodically figuring out how things work and then making them work. It is a year of setting and completing goals in an organized fashion. It is a year of determination, work and breakthrough.
In manifesting terms, we might say 2020 is a year where we have previously set intention, and we are actively working toward our goal. This is the year we will achieve the fruits of our efforts.
The “4” energy happens for each of us personally. It also happens with the bigger goals of all conscious beings on the planet.
2. We dump drama. We’ve learned a lot from politics the last few years, especially what we’re willing to put up with. In 2020, we walk away from the drama. We’ve seen enough. We’re bored. It's over.
In 2020, we realize that when we cut our losses—when we let go of stubbornness about a particular candidate or issue, and instead pull toward the big picture—we create a much better reality. Cooperating is not easy, but in 2020 we start to learn how.
3. Inclusivity is the norm. Our understanding of “us” has expanded across all lines of gender, race, age, ability, economics, politics, belief. Inclusivity is a given. Finally, we understand ourselves as One—and this understanding keeps growing as more people wake up.
4. Illness is revealed. I channel these Forecasts, and use the exact words that arrive. “Illness is revealed” for not just one but several leaders. Several people who are revealed to be “ill” are unable to carry out their duties due to their “illness”, or they may die. This happens in a condensed time period—it is a karmic, and it results in an unexpected changing of the guard, which shifts the direction of the future.
5. Gaia gets help. Greta Thunberg is the Joan of Arc of our time—a clarion voice that cuts through the chaos and shames us in to remembering what matters. In 2020, we madly work together to solve the issues of climate change. Other issues remain important. But fixing climate change becomes work in the collective.
6. The spell is broken. The image I channeled was this: we’ve all been sitting in a dark, dingy bomb shelter, with planes flying overhead. And then suddenly the spell is broken. We walk out the door, and we never look back. The addition to darkness, drama, fear—it’s no longer with us.
The spell is broken. The enchantment is over. We are no longer under the curse of the ideas of separation, violence and powerlessness. We’ve been under this particular spell since WWII. The last of the generation raised in this fear had died or will transition soon.
This spell is broken. It is the end of an era. We have no further patience for the evil, the coercive, the controlling. We get up, walk out and we go do something more meaningful.
7. Space travel and aliens. Yep, we’re going there. Climate change lends a new urgency to space exploration. In future generations, some of leave earth not because it’s ruined, but because we’re adventurers—we want to see other planets. In 2020, we develop space travel at the level of early cars—we create an initial mode of transportation for the masses.
Of course, aliens continue to make themselves known in 2020. It’s not scary—of course we’re not alone. Our starseed DNA activates, as we accept the reality of galactic nature.
8. Green inventions. Over the past few years, inventors have been quietly creating and inventing new green technologies. These are not AI or tech. These are new inventions in food, plants, transportation, packaging, climate and energy solutions. Remember how 10 years ago, we didn't even have smart phones? And now life has changed because of them. This is the same energy we enter now—new green inventions that change our entire way of living in the span of a decade or less. Very exciting!
9. The beginnig of Aquarian age. On Solstice of December 2020, we enter a new Aquarian age until 2159. This is what have all been waiting for. Life is different. Life is better. We are truly evolving as humans.
After you read this Forecast 2020, you may find it interesting to look at the Forecasts of years past sand notice the patterns emerging.

There will be a vibe in the air soon. This happens every year.
It's not really about the specifics of what holiday you do or don't celebrate. It's about collective soul taking a very deep breath and turning its attention to light, all at once, all together.
This will be the vibe in the air, starting tonight.
Magic will come, for some under the name of Santa, but for others just because as we seek magic, magic arrives to the collective.
Light will come, starting early tomorrow. You wil feel it.
Also tomorrow, peace will come. You will feel this too.
If there are things that need your attention today, remember to take some time to meditate and pray on all of this magic, light and peace.
If you have a free schedule, immerse yourself in this grace.

You know that afternoon when you pull out that box of holiday decor you have stashed in the garage or attic or closet, and you take out all that stuff that's been waiting there all year?
And all memories flood forward?
What you were doing last year.
What you were doing five years ago.
Who made the ornament out of glue and glitter.
Who was there then, who is no longer here.
Who you were then, that you are no longer.
If you allow yourself to sink into the absolute sentimentality of the season, it can be a watershed, a great releasing. And this can be a good thing.
When we see where we have been, we can better assess where we are now.
We can remember that our lives are both as simple as the experience of one Now moment, and as rich as the sum total of all the experiences of Now moments we've every had, in this lifetime and in all lifetimes.

A gentle reminder:
If you are starting to feel stressed or overwhelmed by the holidays ahead—either an overly busy schedule, or no real plan at all—it's a good time to recenter.
You get to choose how you'll celebrate the holiday this year.
It can be religious tradition.
It can be family tradition.
It can be no tradition at all.
Our spirituality is activated all year 'round.
No one time of year is more "special" than another.
That means, whatever you need to do right now in your own life, that will bring joy into your life—this is what you are invited to do.
There isn't a right way.
There isn't a way you "should" be.
Ask your heart what you want, and follow that.

As we enter into this holiday season, memories from years past comes flooding back..
It's common for our holiday memories to compile upon each other. So that December 1970 merges into December 1989, 2004 and so on, until all of these memories become a portal into something bigger than just memory.
The holidays are often bittersweet—there is a lot of buildup, pressure, expectation.
The holidays are often sad—we've lost people who were once with us, we don't have the loving relationships we want, other things might not be how we want them.
Yet there is always magic—a whole complilation of magical moments that you can recall from your very first holiday up until now.
It can be a powerful meditation, to reflect on all the holiday seasons you have experienced and dive into the emotion there; the sorrow and joy.
And if you stay in that meditation of past holidays, and allow all those memories to wash over you, eventually your memory will lead you to magic.

The other day I was out doing some errands, and it was going pretty well.
I went to one store and that was fine.
I went to a second store, and that was okay too.
But by the time I got to the third store, I had exhausted my empathy quotient for the day.
I had to skip that last store.
I needed to get home–or at the very least to some quiet place where the energy of "everything" was not quite so apparent.
If you're an empath, you know this phenomenon well.
You are used to "reading" everyone the moment they come into your field.
You read the person in the parking lot—their vibe, their preoccupation, their anger.
You read the person in line next to you—their energy, their emotions, their life story.
You read the cashier checking you out—their story, their exhaustion, their fear.
And a a certain point, empathic overwhelm happens, because you can't turn your sensitivity off. You can't become less aware than you are.
I've been this way since I was small. Back then, it was called "shy" or "overly sensitive". Thank goodness we're getting a better understanding of what this open-to-everything awareness really is.
If you are empathic, please be kind to yourself.
Your beautiful empathic self knows exactly how much of "everything" you can take before you need a break. Trust this.

I work with a lot of people who are having spiritual awakenings.
This seems to be increasing exponentially. What's especially interesting is that it doesn't take a trauma, as it did decades ago. You no longer need a near death experience or other dramatic experience to wake you up.
It's just happening, spontaneously. A kind of tipping point reached. And here we are as humans, evolving.
What you might notice, if you are having an awakening:
• Increased deja vu
• Increased dreams
• Spontaneous past lives
• Expanded meditations
• The departed show up
• Guides and angels show up
• Old beliefs don't make sense
• Old relationships fall away
• Old identities fall away
• You can read everyone
• You just "know"
If you are beginning to understand yourself as a multidimensional being, a good rule of thumb is: the old rules don't apply. Let go of what you've been told—from religion to society to even old-school new age superstitions—and experience it for yourself.
Your soul has been waiting for this.
Your soul knows that way.
P.S. It's a great time to sign up for a Reading or Clarity Coaching.
There are all kinds of ways to use crystals, sage, sacred objects and found objects from nature in spiritual practice.
For myself, as I am an Aquarius, I tend to work in the etheric realm most of the time—by this, I mean I work in meditation, visioning and channeling, as opposed to working in the body or with sacred objects.
However, when we are doing ritual where we want to ground ourselves into the experience, such as a ritual of releasing, or during the heightened energy of the new and full moons, or any other times that are important to us personally, it can be useful to use earth objects.
Some of you like using them.
Some of you don't care that much.
I mostly don't use them.
But sometimes I do.
It all depends.
Ritual in inself might be thought of as a concentrated expression of intention—and thus objects that symbolize our intention are useful, and objects such as crystals which have their own properties and powers, are also useful.
As in all of this work, there is no one way,.
The only "right" way, is the way that is focused on love and Light.
Aside from that, we are all invited to be creative and engaged whatever way we find spiritual path to be meaningful to us.
P.S. It's a great time to sign up for a Reading or Clarity Coaching.
When you count your blessings... actually count them... you will be astounded by at the miracle of this life.
Even if you aren't where you want to be.
Even if you haven't figured it all out yet.
Even if you're suffering.
And so, begin with me...
1. I am grateful for...
2. I am thankful for...
3. I am thankful for...
4. I am thankful for...
5. I also thankful for..
6. Oh wait, I almost forgot...
7. Wow, I need to include...
8. It's really incredible that...
9. Even though it's kind of a pain I'm still glad for...
10. I'm learning so much from...
11. Over the years I've come to be thankful for...
12. And let's just see how far you can get.
If you feel like it, put your Thanks lists in the Comments.

When we dream, we go on a spirit voyage.
We leave our bodies in our beds, and we allow our spirit to journey.
We all do this, every night—whether we remember or not.
The question is, why would we think that dreams are not real? Or that dreams are not as real as this waking dream we live, that we call real life?
As souls, we are multidimensional beyond our mind/ego understanding. We cling to real life—but our real life has many forms, including the metaphysical.
If you can accept that you spirit travel every night, and that this is as much an important and real part of your life as your walking time, your dreams will reward you by becoming even more interesting, more prophetic and more useful.

Intuition is instantaneous. There is no lag time or delay in knowing. One minute we are asleep, and the next, in a flash, we are awake and aware.
Why is this so? Because intuition is spiritual opening.
In meditation, spiritual opening can feel like your mind space goes from grey and tamped down,, to a great lifting off in dazzling white.
In nature, spiritual opening can feel like your mind space is all chatter and drama, and then suddenly everything gets beautifully still, and you realize you are absolutely aware.
There are other ways intuition, aka spiritual opening can happen, but there is always a sense of being one way—in the world. And then suddenly the great opening, the great relief, the great lifting off, as you enter the other realms.
If you are feeling disconnected or stressed or unsure, the best thing to do is let go of all distractions: all ways of being too busy, all ways of numbing out.
Go into stillness, and ask the Universe to remind you who you really are.
Notice what you immediately sense as true—and how this knowing happens instantaneously.

If you can learn to be easy in your body, your life will become easier too.
When we’re young, we might spend a lot of time adoring our body or hating it, or being ashamed of it, or being proud of it.
As years follow, our body changes: we start to age, and we can either do battle with products and surgeries and self loathing, or we can decide that age does not have a foregone conclusion.
There are many cultures where age doesn’t matter: where a sixty-year-old person has the body of a thirty-year-old.
In these cultures, regardless of age, there is ease in the body, ease in the human container. There is a sense of appreciation for all our bodies can do: climb, sit, stretch, make love, dance, walk.
As we head into the holidays, it's easy to get stressed about eating, exercising, what your body should or should not do.
It's great to relax all that.
Take some time to let go of shame around your body, and simply enjoy your container, exacly as it is now. Not thinner or bigger or smaller or stronger. Just you, in your body, as you are now.
P.S. We're filling fast! Sign up now for INTUITION UNIVERSITY training this January!
I teach Spiritual Psychic as group training only four times a year.
For Winter 2020, I seek dedicated students who want to work directly with me.
I seek students with open hearts, generous attitudes and the willingness to have the vulnerability to explore themselves at the deepest level. Our groups are joyful, personal Universes with lots of sharing and bonding, and the work we do is intensive and emotional.
Together, we'll explore:
• How far can we go as a Soul in human container?
• How conscious, awake and aware can we become?
• How can we open to our guides and angels?
• How can we connect with our departed loved ones?
• How completely can we open into different dimensions?
• How clearly can we communicate with the Universe?
• How much can we turn toward Light?
• How fully can we merge with the Divine?
ABOUT THE TRAINING
Spiritual Psychic Level One is an 8-week group distance learning course.
We begin in January. You do NOT need to be on the live call to participate fully. Together, within the support of a private cohort, you will learn the secrets of spiritual intuition—a practice that will open you to experiences you may not have thought possible.
I teach a modern, original method of accessing Divine guidance that I’ve developed from my own experience of psychic opening, and my practice in working with tens of thousands of students. We will work hands on, using personal practice and experiential learning.
If you're interested, pleased don't wait! This training always sells out.
What is your real life?
Is is the life you spend in the "real" world, doing things, working jobs, thinking thoughts?
Or is it the life you spend in the inner world, being in touch with yourself as a soul?
Mainstream society teaches us that the "real" world is real, and the inner world doesn't really count for much—it's just emotions and feelings that aren't "real".
But the spiritual perspective says that the inner world—the world you inhabit as a soul, the portals you visit, the dreams you inhabit, the dimensions you are continually sliding between—that this world is the true world.
The truth is, you get to choose. You can live in the logical, rational, mainstream "real" world that society tells you is real. Or you can live from your soul, understanding yourself as a multiimensional, infinite part of the Universe.
Whichever perspective you choose—that will be your reality.
P.S. Earlybird signups are OPEN for Intuition University training this January!
If you identify as a psychic, intuitive, shaman, healer or mystic, you are aware that your way of experiencing life is different than most.
The word "identify" means to claim as yours, to know yourself as.
When you identify as a psychic, intutive, shaman and so on, you step into your true self, even if the mainstream world tells you that this self is not possible, or it's not correct, or there's something wrong with it.
You accept this is who you are:
You sense everything.
You read everything.
You know things deeply.
You receive visions, messages and dreams.
You exist in all dimensions.
You receive and follow guidance.
To identify this way also means to let go of mainstream ideas: that being psychic isn't real,
Of course it's real.
We are created as souls, and as souls we are part of One, and as part of One we are intimately connected to all that is.
P.S. Early bird registration is OPEN for Intuition University training this January!
There can be a sense of resignation before winter in the northern hemisphere—how can we manage the longer nights and the shorter days?
Especially if we live in places where the seasons are pronounced, we become so wistful about the greenness of spring, the heat of summer, the absolute glory of autumn.
The thing to remember, is that all seasons have beauty.
If you tend to stay indoors from now until March, you might rethink that strategy this season.
Many people have beautiful outdoor practices in winter, that include walking, running, biking, hiking, skiing and skating.
I myself know that a winter's bike ride is just as fun as a summer one—just muddier.
A walk in the park in winter is just as beautiful in summer—just colder.
Stargazing is actually better in winter—such blazing white on an inky midnight ground.
Even just getting outside daily—to feel the expanse of the sky, to visit the trees—helps us remember we are part of nature, we are part of the season, we are part of the cycle, we are part of the planet.
P.S. LAST CALL for our NOVEMBER course Entering Stillness: A Winter's Retreat. Just $15!
We all want to be rock stars.
We all want to be cowboys.
We all want to be super cool.
We all want to be totally strange.
If you haven't got your costume yet—or horrors, if you've been thinking "bah humbug" this Halloween—it's time to rethink that.
That's because whenever you put on a costume—you try on another identity for a little while.
And this is incredibly useful for your soul.
Even if you wear a costume just for "fun", you let your stronger or bossy personality rest for a while, and you give the controls to a different part of yourself,
Maybe you're strict in your "real" life, and a costume lets you relax.
Maybe you're quiet in your "real" life and a costume lets you get wild.
Maybe you're responsible in your "real" life, and a costume lets you shake loose.
As we journey on the road of adulting and all the way into eldering, we sometimes forget parts of ourselves.Entire parts of our personality—especially the fun, wild, creative, joyful, adventurous parts—can get left by the wayside.
So when a holiday like Halloween comes, it's great to brush the cobwebs off.
It's a great chance to remember all of yourself—not just the grown up version who's pretending to run the show.
P.S. We're signing up for our NOVEMBER course, Entering Stillness: A Winter's Retreat, Just $15!
Do you long to reimagine the holidays, and experience a season of true peace and joy?
Join me for ENTERING STILLNESS: A WINTER"S RETREAT, where in next few weeks, from mid November until Winter Solstice, we’ll work together to create a new kind of holiday:
• We’ll create intention about how you would like to be in this season.
• We’ll create rituals and experiences that bring you to peace and harmony.
• We’ll let go of drama and dysfunction of all kinds.
• We’ll rest and retreat, and allow ourselves to unfold.
• We’ll create spaciousness and stillness, in tune with the season.
Our deep inward turning becomes punctuated by the beauty of cold and dark: the mornings when our breath clouds the air, the afternoons when the sun is merely a valiant trickle of light, the nights when we step outside and watch the stars blaze against winter’s cold sky.
It’s all incredibly beautiful and profound: this gift of a season that helps us feel both our smallness and our greatness all at once.
Regardless of how it's always been done, of family obligations, of tradition, of society's sway, you are absolutely free to create Entering Stillness: A Winter's Retreata mystical, heart-opening holiday that is brimming with joy and connection.
This is yours to choose.
Join us, as we create this together!
Our course begins on November 12.
Nature teaches us some beautiful lessons.
One is that everything changes.
Another is that everything dies.
Another is that everythign renews.
Many of you have the clear sense that change is coming into your life very soon.
You might know exactly what this change is.
You might just have a sense that something is shifting.
You might be excited.
You might be anxious.
What is good to remember, is that everything changes, dies, renews.
It's a cycle.
We're always in one part of it or another: beginning, ending, beginning again.
This lasts for infinity, because we are souls.
