At some point—maybe when we’re young, maybe when we’re old—we finally stop playing the blame game with the Universe as our target.
We gradually begin to adopt a new perspective, a soul perspective. As in: • What would this situation look like if I were to view it from spiritual perspective? • What would I think of this situation if I were trusting the Universe? • If I’m infinite soul, that is this particular situation so terrible? • If there’s no shame or guilt or fear, only lessons, what does this stuation show me? • What if looked at this with curiosity, instead of misery? • If I can’t mess up, only learn, what would this situation mean? You get the idea. It can be fun—for a while—to pretend we're helpless, blown about by the winds of fate and circumstance. But when you really begin to accept yourself as soul first... you realize that view isn't actually all that fun after all. Much more fun, and real, and worth, to step into your own life with full responsibility for all your actions and thoughts... and see what you can create from that point of view. Might not be perfect. Might not be as good as you'd hoped. Might not be where you wanted it to be. But you will at least be on your journey, learning and growing and free. Much love, SARA P.S. NEW! “Hi Sara, Though we have had animals in my family when I was small, I never became affectionate to them such that I never kept any animal in my own personal home till now. Here I have come to LOVE one dog and it is amazing the relationship that has grown between the two of us. Can you imagine that I am able to know when this dog is hungry just by the way it comes to me? And the most amazing thing for me now is that this particular dog when it is hungry and comes me and I take its plate and go into the house to prepare something for it, I would wave to it to wait for me, it would lie down outside the door and would wait for me for all the time it takes me to get its food ready. You can’t imagine how happy it is when it sees me: it would jump on me, lick my hands and brush itself against my legs, though it is not mine. I have never lived in such a close contact with a dog before. Simeon, walking the path of the Saint, is having enormous growth in his ability to connect with animals: he has developed animal communication or telepathy, as many of you do. When you can communicate with animals, you have opened another door in your awareness. Much love, SARA P.S. Listen to free podcasts on spiritual intuition here. Today, we have a note from Simeon, a student in Intuition University’s small group training, currently visiting the forests of Italy.
“Hi Sara, I had wanted to share a lot of things with you but one of my great weak points is that I don’t keep a diary or journal of events. Consequently I have forgotten a lot of episodes I wanted to share with you. Some of those I remember might seem irrelevant but I can assure you that they have made me become more conscious of how the Divine works to my favor and consequently helps me live in gratitude much more than I have ever done in my life. Since I moved away from my former location (Rome) to my present one, where I am immersed in the forest and removed from easy contact with people, I can tell you that I have come to appreciate a lot of things. I have grown in my awareness of the Universe and nature in which we all live. For instance, over the last six months I have need to go into the forest on a daily basis, in the company of others, in search of wood for heating and baking. Gradually I began noticing that each time we went in search of wood and somebody cuts a small plant around to make it easier to reach the plant we want to cut for wood, I felt bad about it. Gradually I began protecting these small plants from indiscriminate and unnecessary cuttings. You can’t imagine how good I felt each time I was able to save one of them. Gradually I began chatting with them in my mind. My awareness continued growing to the extent that I even began apologizing to them for the harm we are doing to them. I was growing in my awareness about even the wild flowers around and each time I went into the forest, I was always watching carefully not to step unnecessarily on them. I could stop and gaze at their beauty especially when I was alone in the forest.” Simeon, walking the path of the Saint, is having enormous growth in his ability to connect with nature: to feel it, to be with it, to have compassion with it. When you can hear the plants speak to you, and you feel yourself speaking back to them, you have opened another door in your awareness. Much love, SARA P.S.
