Daily Divine: What your ANXIETY is telling you.

Many of you are HSPs—highly sensitive people. 
Many of you are introverts—you don't like clamor and chaos. 
Most of you are empaths—you feel everything, always. 
All of you are psychic—you "just know" things, because you are spiritually awake and you pay attention. 

And right now in this world, you may find that you are overwhelmed.
You have reached a limit as to what you can deel with. 
And you may be feeling anxious. 

It used to be that the HSPs, introverts, empaths and psychics of the world could just hide out a bit, and   things would be better.

But that's not working so great, is? 

Because now, when you come back out of your shell, it's all still there: the chaos, drama, and unbelievable dysfunction. 

If it helps at all, you aren't alone.
This happening to everyone.
We are experiencing anxiety in the collective soul, during the process of evolution. 

You notice I said evolution.
Not revolution. 
Because what we are feeling isn't really caused by the news feeds or politics. 
It's actually about our inner selves, and how we're changing there. 

If you are feeling anxious, please know there are spiritual ways to manage your anxiety, so that you can feel better. 

Our collective anxiety won't last forever. 
Sooner or later, we will break through.
