“Your earth heart is designed to break a million times.

It is designed to break and cleave asunder; it is created to hold the most compassion, the most fear and doubt and tenderness, the most sorrow.

It is designed for you to feel fully and completely, and to feel beyond yourself.

When we let our hearts expands so big they break, they don't really break.

They get bigger. In this way, we jump into a new level of awareness. 

Our heart is the key to our spiritual expansion. Our heart is where our soul resides."
