Daily Divine: What do we really seek in this lifetime?

Today’s Daily Divine is from The 33 Lessons:

“You require nothing for your soul.

​You require nothing for your Being, which is perfect.

What your heart longs for cannot be satisfied by material things, by promotions, the nicer car, the new lover.

What the heart longs for is peace.

I don't know about you, but my heart longs for peace.

For me, peace means freedom from anxiety—freedom from all the kinds of fears, inner and outer. 

There's a lot of fear and chaos and darkness in the world, but it is our choice whether we connect with that or not. 

If you are having a lot of anxiety, flip the coin of your awareness over, and focus on peace. 
Understanding yourself as an infinite soul helps."
