Daily Divine: Rest is required.

Just as a field has cycles of sowing, growing, harvest and fallow, so do you.

If you have been busy, you must rebalance your self via rest.

If you have been busy for many days, months or every years without resting, know that you will require an equally long time of rest.

There is no bargaining with your need for rest. 
Being must balance doing.
