Daily Divine: How can we understand the Universe?

“To reach us most clearly, to enter the space where it is easiest for us to communicate with you in the ways that you understand—language, symbol, vision, sound, emotion—you need to enter at a vibration that is not so distant from your natural state.

We ask that you enter in with eyes closed. We ask that you enter in on the breath. You will feel slightly relaxed, nothing more. You will feel still, and you will feel your heart open.

This is all that is needed for direct connection.”
