Daily Divine: Are you in FLOW?

Flow is a state of profound connection to the Universe. It is a magical expansion that happens when we feel connected to everything all at once.

When we are in Flow, we become so immersed in this enlightened state, we forget to think all the old thoughts and misbeliefs that so frequently scurry about in heads all day long. 

So how can we tell when we're in Flow? 

• We know we're in Flow, when we don't feel separate. 
• When know we're in Flow, when we're so busy feeling awe and wonder and magic and love, that this is where we exist. 
• We know we're in Flow when everything is easy. 
• When know we're in Flow, when everything is happening at once, very quickly, without effort or strain.

When we are in Flow, we are being carried to our highest potentiality in a river of Universal energy. There is nothing for us to do. We can relax, be and trust. 

If you haven't felt this expanded in a long time, find something or someone who will take you to this state.

Flow is not expensive or difficult. It is about simply opening up to the marvelous beauty of this extraordinary Universe, and knowing you are part of it all.
