DIRECT KNOWING is an intutive or spiritual state where you are fully connected with the Universe, and because you are in the fully, unadulterated vibration of Oneness, you have the ability to know everything—past, present, future, beyond space and matter, instantaneously and all at once.
And yes, you can learn to get to this place. Half the journey is wanting to. Here's an excerpt from Messages from the Divine: Wisdom for the Seeker's Soul: “You begin to notice the beauty of the clock ticking on the wall. You begin to feel the air on your skin, a delicious comforting breeze. You begin to feel your own body, the cells in perfect communion. You begin to see an image, in your mind’s eye, and this is a knowing for you. You begin to sense a memory long forgotten, and this informs you. You begin to notice an object, and this is an answer to you. You begin to hear a message, in your mind’s ear, and this is an answer to you. You begin to have direct knowing, in which you just know everything. In this moment, in which you do not worry about result, or answer . . . you have, in essence, put yourself in the swirl of Universal information.” Much love, SARA Why is it that we all tend to think we can FIX someone else—but it never works?
And why is it that when we are so busy FIXING someone else (and it not working) that we are really avoiding FIXING ourselves? Ah, the joys of being human! Here's an excerpt on that from Messages from the Divine: Wisdom for the Seeker's Soul. “You may be supported, and you may support along the way. But in the end, it is your own path to walk. The soul’s quest is an individual journey, and it is not clearly marked. It is walking in the mystery, from birth unto death, as the cycle repeats again. The mystery becomes more and more clear, as you journey on your soul path. Your destination is to experience yourself as God/One/All. This may take many years. Or it might happen today.” Much love, SARA You can feel it, can't you?
Yet another full moon, drawing us in with her power. This one's June 28, and it's in Capricorn—sign of the goat, the hard worker, the climber, the go-getter, the scrambler, the never-giver-upper. Maybe this applies to where you are now, or is nudging a part of you that needs expression? Three ways to work with the Capricorn full moon: • What needs working? Is there something in your life that needs to be really dug into? Really shoulder up the responsibility and simply WORK IT? Body, mind, soul? Go out under that beautiful moon, take a deep breath, stare straight at it and ask the Universe "What needs working?" You'll hear your answer loud and clear. • What's completing? Is there something in your life that's wrapping up, that you need to acknowledge is over? Project, relationship, habits, way of living? Again: go out under that full moon and ask "What am I completing?" When the answer arrives, just know it fully. Don't fight it. Accept: when things are complete, they are complete. It can be a great relief to let old dreams, old relationships, old stuff go—and move forward into where you are now. • What's the relationship between me and the moon? It feels good to be out in the air under a full moon, doesn't it? If you like being in tune with the planets in a primal, feel-it-in-your-body way, consider the 60 sunsets practice that we're doing this summer. Read about it here. Much love, SARA |
