You are starting to understand 
That not as much matters 
As you have been told. 
You have been given the idea 
That some things are better than others,
Or some things are worse than others.
Or that there is value judgment 
On one activity or another.
Or one relationship or another,
Or other ways of valuing
What is happening in a lifetime. 
In truth everything is an experience
Happening in Nowness,
So, all of these thousands and millions
Of experiences are passing through 
The filter and lens of the mind at once
And the mind is applying judgment to
What is good and what is bad. 
But the soul does not label.

What happens when you meet 
A soul with whom you have
An important karmic crossing? 
There will be instant recognition 
Or an aha moment 
That you have circled around together
Many times before.
A karmic crossing may be misunderstood
As a life connection, 
But this is not their purpose. 
Karmic crossings occur in order 
For souls to learn lessons together. 
Once the lesson has been learned 
The connection is no longer needed.
This is not the Universe being harsh. 
It is so that you as soul and everyone as soul 
May explore as many opportunities 
For expansion as are possible in a lifetime.
When a lesson is learned, it is not repeated. 
If you find yourself in the same style
Of karmic relationship
Over and over again, 
You have not yet learned the lesson.

This lifetime will be remembered
As less than a blink of the soul. 
It is not about what you learn, 
It is not even about people:
Who you love or who love you. 
This lifetime will be experienced
At death’s door as a passage, 
A slide show that flies by the eye
More quickly than can be known. 
This happens to some of you
In facing death when you do not die. 
It also happens to some of you 
When you meditate or dream 
In deep states where you see
The progression of your life
And may view everything 
Tumbling in image and emotion,
One after another,
So quickly you cannot attach
To anything in particular,
Just the knowing of the overall
Onslaught of the experience,
Purely passing through your awareness.

Your loved ones want your healing.
They do not want you to remain in grief.
They do not want you to suffer endlessly.
They want you to live fully, until it is your time.
They send comfort.
They send reassurance.
They remind you of joy.
They remind you that life is precious.
They remind you that you are never alone.
Love unites you always.

Intuition is always present.
It is not something you must earn or learn.
It is already yours.
Every person has the gift of knowing.
The difference is whether you choose to listen.
To listen is to surrender the ego’s insistence.
To listen is to honor the soul’s wisdom.
You have always been connected to the Divine.
Intuition is simply the way you remember this truth.
When you listen, you awaken.

The mystic loses themselves in God.
The lover finds God in the beloved.
The seeker finds God in the search itself.
The saint finds God in every act of service.
Each path is holy.
Each path is true.
There is no one right way.
There is only the way that opens your heart.
And when your heart is open,
You find God everywhere.

When you call, the angels answer.
Not always in the way you expect.
Not always in the time you demand.
But always in love.
They bring clarity when you are confused.
They bring comfort when you are weary.
They bring courage when you are afraid.
They bring joy when your heart has forgotten how to sing.
Their presence is constant.
Their love is eternal.

The mystic path is the path of direct experience.
You do not need to believe what another has said.
You do not need to cling to words on a page.
You need only to experience the Divine for yourself.
This experience is available to all.
It is not reserved for saints or sages.
It is given freely, in every moment.
When you open, it floods you.
When you allow, it transforms you.
This is the mystic’s gift.

When you have a distraction it is 
A momentary blip in the energy of the experience, 
And at first it can appear very pleasurable, 
Very exciting for the mind/ego/personality. 
If it is a distraction that shifts the body, 
It can also be pleasurable for the body. 
You will go back again and again
To this distraction, seeking the pleasure. 
Your desire to seek the momentary pleasure
Is a part of you, but it will not lead you anywhere. 
Unless the experience is whole.
For example, using drugs or alcohol 
Will give one experience. 
Shopping or social media will give another. 
These can’t sustain, but instead
Leave the body and the mind/ego/personality
Depleted, unwhole, less than. 
Whereas wading into a stream
In your bare feet with the sun overhead, 
Is an immensely pleasurable experience 
That brings wholeness to all of you:
For body, mind/ego/personality 
And yes, soul.

When you need an answer
Which for most of you may be 
Most of the time,
The tendency is to look from the wrong place. 
Not in the wrong place
But from the wrong place. 
At first, most of you will seek the answer 
From the mind/ego/personality
Which has so many desires, 
Attachments, conditions
That must be met to satisfy
The mind/ego/personality’s
Continuous need for safety, security, success,
Adoration, amusement, distraction,
Vindication, recognition.
There is a grasping nature to the desire
Of the mind/ego/personality, 
Which is why you can never
Receive the answer that you are seeking
When you work from that place.

Your higher self is not you. 
It is not your body at peak performance,
It is not your mind/ego/personality
With all its tricks and schemes,
Its knowledge and opinions,
It is not yourself doing any particular
Thing in any particular way. 
It is not yours. It is not you. 
Your higher self is your soul, 
And soul is not singular. 
Again: soul is not singular. 
Soul is collective. 
Soul is Oneness
It is your soul as part of all souls
That is collective soul
Which is Oneness.
This is what you are part of. 
So, your higher self is not separate
Because it is soul.

The whole of your body is filled 
With cells that must all contribute, 
They must all perform their tasks 
According to their natural talents
And their abilities, in order to allow
The body to continue to live. 
The whole of Gaia is the same. 
Each person must learn to perform 
The tasks of their calling
The tasks of their contribution
In full understanding that it
Is not about the mind/ego/personality
Being better than, 
It is about all things working together
As a whole to lift the entirety of 
The soul collective into a new understanding.
This is the continued expansion of 
The Universe and you are part of it. 
You cannot stop this, it is how things are. 
When you shirk your calling
Or refuse to contribute
When you focus only on your needs
And think those are more important
Than the needs of the other
You might as well be a black hole 
In space continually collapsing onto itself
In complete darkness. 
Ego is separation. 
Reality is oneness. 
Discover your unique contribution 
And if you don’t know what that is yet.
Do what needs to be done
To help others.

We ask that you let go of the idea 
That you are better than anyone else.
Even if you are more educated,
Smarter, have more skills,
Have a nice family, 
Live in a nice house,
Have a nice car,
Have a nice body,
Even if you have all of that, 
You are not better. 
The Universe makes no distinction
Between souls. 
Even if one person is more conscious than another
The soul is not changed. 
We ask that you accept that you as a soul
Are the same and part of 
The other as a soul, 
Why would you even consider 
That you are more deserving
Or that you are better than?
You are not. 
More money, more power, more fame, 
More success, more ego
Does not mean more soul.
Let go of better as a path.

Over time, a problem will change. 
It may get better, 
It may get worse,
But it is not the same
In every moment. 
Either the problem will move, 
Or your mind will move, 
Or both. 
Sometimes you can wait it out
Like a stone on the forest floor. 
Other times you must blaze it out
Like a fire to dry tinder.
Other times you must leave the forest.
Remember also that you always 
Have the opportunity
To blaze Light onto the problem 
Which is always a solution
That will work
Although the results may be
Different than you imagine.
If you have not tried that for a problem
You are currently facing, try it now. 
Turn yourself into Light. 
Blaze Light onto the problem. 
Wait for understanding,
See the new path forward.

The Universe is not interested in punishing you
For sins you cannot commit
Because there is not sin. 
There is no sin, no shame, 
No guilt, no mistake,
Because everything is soul lesson, 
You as a soul are working on 
Your expansion in the human form 
As you experience your human life. 
The Universe infinitely expands
Because this is what it does. 
Sin and shame do not exist
In the continued evolution 
Of the collective soul
Which is you,
And all of you,
And all of Gaia, 
And all of the Universe.
So, relax a little. 
Problems always come. 
Mostly, problems go. 
Relax, notice and see what you can learn 
It is much more interesting this way.

Fear is darkness in the mind
Fear is darkness in the body. 
Remember that the mind is your mind
And also, the mind of all of Gaia
And all the Universe
Remember that the body is your body
And also the body of all Gaia
And also all the Universe
The forms do not matter
There is no separation of container
Everything feels everything
As do you. 
Anxiety is the recognition that
Darkness is here. 
And yes, darkness is always here. 
There is no time the Universe is not
In a swirling dance of dark and Light
The destruction and creation,
The push and the pull.
The no and the yes.
When you see dark, 
You may choose the other polarity. 
And of course, vice versa. 
There is always this choice. 
In your mind, in your body
And in the bigger mind and body 
That you as human are part of. 
The soul is only Light. 
It cannot stop itself.

When you see abuse or violence
In front of you, you must act. 
However, in most cases it is no use
To react with the mind, or with the body. 
These are not solving the problem. 
Perhaps they are even adding too. 
Remember that piling dark on more dark
Does not bring Light. 
This is not what you have been taught, 
But you can blaze Light. 
You will most assuredly not 
Slink away in shame
Unable to name the darkness 
For what it is. 
Instead, you will emblazon yourself with Light
And you will let this Light 
Radiate from all parts of you
So that anyone could see this
If they knew how to see, 
And you will fill your entire self 
With Light that radiates from Source
And you will boldly blaze this Light
With pure radiance onto 
The perpetrator, the abuser, the warmaker,
The idiocy of the mainstream
That exists in waves of darkness.
And you will blaze this Light without fear, 
And you will notice what happens, 
Instantaneously.
Recall again: Light dissipates dark. 
The field will change, immediately.
There is no defense from Light.

On Gaia, the storms rage, the wars burn, 
The abuse continues. 
You, in your momentary and temporary
Place of ease, 
Have a job to do when you 
Sense the suffering. 
Send out Light, as you would send out Light
And healing to your very own body 
When it is injured or sick. 
Send out Light, speak to the cells, 
The systems, the souls of all involved, 
And yes, speak to the particulate 
And ask that it rearrange itself once again.
You may think this is not possible,
But we say: it is. 
Arrange yourself, so that this is your practice.
The Light will surprise you.

We speak now of humans
​But this is true for all beings,
Living and non-living, 
For everything is sentient. 
You look around, you notice
That others also suffer. 
It’s not just you. 
And within you, 
And within even the most 
Self and obtuse person,
There is a gasp of recognition
And something leaps into your heart.
The Light has entered, a spark of sorts,
The Light has entered and caught flame.
And now this Light is 
Leaping and jumping and 
Blazing and raging and it is seeking 
The heart of the other 
As a way of connection
And of support in suffering. 
This is compassion, this wave that hits you. 
The ache, the opening, the release
That is compassion, which is not quite love,
But it is a start.
