    Are you becoming more yourself?

    Picture
When we're young, we think that it matters what we wear, what we do, where we travel or what experiences we have.

But none of it really matters.

It’s fun to wear cool clothes.
It’s nice to have interesting work.
    It’s expanding to travel.
    It’s desirable to have experiences.

But what we seek from all of these outer aspects—even those we find useful and interesting—well, it’s all just story.

Body, personality, belief, experience—these are not our essence.
They’re our characteristics and our history.
    But they’re not us.

Souls are what we really are, and all that matters to souls is our direct connection with the Universe.

So, the question is: how much of that have you had today?

    Are you becoming more intuitive?

    Picture
I like to fly under the radar when I’m out in the world—I put on my blanket of invisibility and don’t broadcast the fact that I’m psychic.

You who are also intuitives, sensitives, mystics and empaths— you probably know this cloaking strategy well.

We often don’t broadcast our psychic abilities, because we’ve had so many past lives where being “different” was dangerous.

    But things are different now.
    Consciousness has become contagious.
More and more people are suddenly “catching” intuition.

    They’re experiencing spiritual awakening.
    They’re becoming more psychic.
It is a sign of our evolution as humans.

When you recall that what lifts one lifts all, you know that when one of us becomes conscious, the whole soul collective expands.

If you are feeling like you’re having more moments of awakening—more than usual, bigger than before—trust this feeling.

It’s what’s happening to everyone right now.

Are you attached to your identity?

    Picture
    How do you describe yourself?

Most people, when asked who they are, will immediately answer with their relationship roles:
    • I’m a daughter or son
    • I’m a mother or father
    • I’m a spouse or partner

Or they’ll respond with their work roles:
    • I work for this company
    • I work in this field
    • I hold this degree
    • My gift is this

Or they’ll respond with still other ways of holding identity, including age, gender, orientation, race, education, culture, nationality and more.

All these ways of seeing ourselves as different from each other!

    Of course we are unique!
But of course, we are also the same!

As souls, we’ve had so many past lives together, playing out so many different roles. After a while in your own evolution, you realize the roles aren’t important, and identities aren’t a big deal.

    Our essence is the key.
    Our core is the same.

The non-wavering, infinite part of us is what we are here to explore and understand. Differences are just illusion.

    Can you feel the Light?

    Picture
So many of you are sensitives, intuitives, healers, empaths.
Which means you are very good at sensing another person’s pain.

You “read” their suffering immediately, and you instinctively respond to this suffering by sending out kindness, compassion, sympathy or other kinds of healing vibration.
    Home
Maybe you don’t even think about it—you just sense the pain, and then automatically heal.
Or perhaps you do think about it—you intentionally “read” the person, you instantly understand their story and situation, and then you deliberately send healing energy to shift this.

If you’re like me, you’ve probably been doing this for as long as you can remember—it’s just a part of your way of being, to sense pain and transmute it to Light.

However, I believe we’re about to start sensing in a new way.
We’re no longer being called to sense people’s pain—we already know how to do this. Instead, we are being called to sense people’s Light.
This is our next step as souls.
In this way, the first response you have to a person is not to feel their pain, but to sense their love.

There is love in every person, even if it’s hidden. This will become what we connect with—the bedazzlement of Light that shines from each of us.

    Working with ego

We spend much of our life clinging to our attachments.

    We attach to the past.
    We attach to relationships.
We attach to false ideas about who we are.
We attach to false ideas about who we should become.

It’s not wrong to mull and ponder over all of our experiences.
What gets us into trouble is ego cling.

    Remember:
The ego does not care about your soul awakening.
The ego just wants to be in charge.

    This means:
The ego will cling to anything that lets it run the show.
The ego will cling to anything that keeps it in control.

    This isn’t good or bad.
    It’s what is.

So we can learn to work with that.

We don’t need to get rid of the ego.
We don’t need to quiet it or subdue it.
Instead, we can learn to work with it.

Recall: we can’t get rid of ego.
Ego is part of the package that makes us human.
We can no more climb out of our body.

    Some people call ego shadow.
That’s a way to think of it.
But lots of ego is not dark at all.
Lots of ego is what creates our joyous, friendly, open self.
Or our motivated, focused, hardworking self.
Or our quirky, sensitive, curious self.

The key is: we get to choose how much ego leads.
When it’s useful, we can let ego lead.
When it’s not useful, we can let soul lead.

Ego thinks it in charge, but soul is really in charge.
    There’s no contest or argument.
    Just knowing this can help.

Your ego can either pull you forward.
    Or drag you back.
The key is: you get to decide.
The part of you that is soul gets to decide.

Ego is not an unruly monster.
The shadow is not more powerful.
Even when we are in our darkest moments, we have choice.

Ego is like a small, willful child.
Easily distracted to the next shiny thing.
    Keeping mind/ego/personality busy is easy.
    We can work with this.

    Can you tell we're expanding?

    Picture
As we move through life, we tend to get more steady.

    Not always, of course.

But over time, many of us figure out the practical requirements of life, and we start to stabilize. We know what we like, what we’re good at, and we have a pretty clear idea of who we are—or at the very least, we know who we are not.

But even in steady times, change is happening. We might be the ones to initiate the change—to move or end a relationship or start a new job or head off on a grand adventure.

Or the Universe might step in and make the change for us.
This kind of change is not as easy—but it is no less valuable.

We are not meant to hide out.
We are meant to grow, to have new experiences, to expand who we are.

When you accept that change is natural, inevitable and the way of things, it gets easier to appreciate change as an adventure and a surprise.
