    Learning to unlearn

Distraction is everything that clouds you from living as soul.

Most of the world is distraction.
Most of our mind/ego/personality is distraction.
So, we have to learn how to see clearly.

There is the idea of going beyond the veil, into the other realms.
But there is also the idea of going beyond the walls of illusion, that are built so strongly into this life.

Learning to discern what matters can take some practice.
The very process of spiritual awakening requires us to strip away most of what we’ve spent our life learning.

    We have to unlearn everything.
    And this changes us forever.

For many of us, the process is: We awaken. Boom!

Everything becomes real, all at once.
Everything slides into focus, in an instant.
I was blind, but now I see.

    So that happens.
    And then what?

    Then comes the hard part.
    Learning to live from soul.
We have to adjust to a new way of being.
And this means letting go of most of the old ways.

Remember: almost everything we were taught is wrong.
    History, culture, religion, politics, society.
Most of it based on fear and power.
Most of it based on the illusion of separation.
Most of it built to keep power structures in power.

    So we have to unlearn.
And then we have to relearn.
And often, we have to walk a lot of this path alone.

Society doesn’t condone those who seek Oneness.
The minute we start rejecting separation, all hell breaks loose.
Who will be in power, if we are equal?
Who will be in charge, if we are the same?

    The old structures tumble.
We learn to live from soul.
It is a learning curve, and we are at different places on this curve.

Sometimes, there is this sense of being betrayed, tricked or fooled.
    Why were we taught this?
    How did we believe this?
How did the world conspire against us?

Remember: before we were awake, we were asleep.
We were dreaming a different dream.
Waking up to this reality, our awareness is new.
    The old reality doesn’t exist.
    We aren’t there any more.
We are here in Now, moving forward.

    Are you a time traveler?

    Picture
All of us are time travelers.

All of us astral project in our dreams—we travel to distant lands, sometimes familiar but more often half-remembered when we awaken.

We visit people we know-but-don’t-know in our dreams—people who come from past lives or other karmic crossings.

And we shift into different times—ancient Tibet or India or Africa  or wherever and whenever it is that you tend to often visit.

    We call it dreaming.

But what’s really happening is that we are time traveling—we are astrally projecting in time and space.

And of course, if we can do this in dreamtime, we can do it in meditation.
Which is something you can easily learn.

It’s wonderful, it’s fascinating—and once you’re doing this as a practice, you understand how limitless this life as a soul can be.

    What is spontaneous enlightenment?

    Picture
We talk lot about consciousness—what it feels like to be conscious, and how spiritual awakening happens.

Many of you started to notice an increase in your awareness around the shift at the end of 2012. It’s as if everything amped up—you felt more intuitive, more empathic, more connected.

    But now we’re years later.
And the shift isn’t a shift any more.
    It’s the new status quo.
We're already in the Aquarian Age!

Which means that whereas before you received information from one dimension—but now, there’s information coming in from everywhere, from multi dimensions.

    You sense more.
    You feel more.

You exist in the middle of everything happening all at once, and you know it all without even trying.
Welcome to spontaneous enlightenment. It is a hallmark of where we are now.
And there is more to come.
    We are just getting started.

    How grounding helps anxiety.

    Picture
So many of you are empaths, intuitives, sensitives—which means you spend a lot of time living in the etheric realms.

You might spend a lot of your time betwixt the worlds, so that you are “disassociating” and going instead to visit:

    • Guides and Angels
    • Other spirit beings
    • The Departed
    • Past lives
    • Future lives

Or maybe you are very good at astral projection—you travel far and wide in your dream time, or in your meditation, or maybe just when you are spacing out and relaxing.

    You’re more “there” than here.

This is normal for sensitives—you don’t need to change anything.
We are used to living between the worlds—living as soul first, human second.
However, if this is causing you any anxiety, which prolonged etheric travel sometimes does, one immediate fix is to get grounded.

To literally do something earthly with Nature—get a breath of fresh air, feel the rain on your skin, let the wind mess up your hair, go barefoot in the dirt.

It is astonishing how quickly you can come back to Now, with the smallest interaction withNature. You will immediately return to your body, and connect with all that you love here.

If there is no big Nature near you, anything natural will work:

    A tree in the park.
    A bird in the sky.
A stone you keep in your pocket.
    A glimpse of the stars.

Are you answering your soul's calling?

    Picture
You probably know someone who answered their soul’s calling at a young age—they knew what they wanted to do, and they've continued on this path.

    Maybe this is you.
    Maybe it's not.
Or maybe you used to be like this.
    But now you're not sure.

The advantages of answering your destiny early are many: you get to master your craft, you get to complete the work you’re here to do, you get to go deeper in your understanding.

But what if, like so many of us, you don’t know what you want to do?
Or you once did—but now you seem to be on pause.
Or, even a little bit lost.

Perhaps you’re older—in mid-life and beyond, and suddenly you’re not sure of where your soul is calling you now?

In The 33 Lessons, one of the lessons is “You are what you do.” In other words, if you are actively painting, you are a painter; if you are actively writing, you are a writer; if you are actively gardening you are a gardener; and so on.

It’s as simple as not quite knowing what the next thing is, and then doing it anyway.

    Not over thinking it.
    Not dithering and dallying.
Not wringing your hands over why you can't.
Simply doing what's in front of us.
    Seeing what happens next.

As souls, sometimes we’re clear we’re on our path.
    Sometimes we’re floundering.
Yet, the path is always there, whether it’s what we expected or not.

Sometimes, the best idea is to start with what’s in front of you.
Lost, uncertain, wounded, afraid—and starting anyway.

There is no wrong first step.

    Channeled Forecast APRIL 2023

    Calibrating to Now

    The soul exists in Now.

When our mind starts running around in all the circles, we can take a pause and become aware of present moment—what is actually happening Now.

    What’s actually happening?
    What’s actually occurring?
What is the true present situation?
    What’s the real reality here?

Now, it’s very interesting, because we can be in many realities at once.
    There’s never any one reality.
    There’s always another dimension.
And yet we can find Nowness wherever we are.

So much of this work we do is in etheric realms. When we journey, we are traveling in time, space, matter and other dimensional realities.

And yet, it’s never hard to sense what is Now.

In this work, we are asked to seek soul truth.
We might clearly see what happened in the past.
We might reveal what has been hidden.
We might see the truth in a clouded situation.

We can see energetically, emotionally, spiritually, karmically, dimensionally.

So even as we are journeying in time and space, within many dimensions all at once, we are always seeking present moment awareness of the time, space or dimension we are in.

We are always seeking the truth of Now.
We can always be here Now, wherever Now is.

When we are walking in the forest we can find Now.
When we are in meditation we can find Now.
    Now is always Now.

And, when you mix things up dimensionally, Now is still constant.

So, if you are walking in the forest and you are also in meditation, you are in Now in two dimensions simultaneous—earth realm (forest) and etheric realm (meditation). You can find yourself at a kind of crossroads of earth and etheric, and find Now there.

Wherever you go, there you are. This includes wherever you find yourself in earth reality and wherever your travel in etheric realms, across all dimensions.

So you always have the ability to calibrate yourself to Now, which is present moment, whatever dimensions you are traveling in, and even when you are existing in several dimensions at once.

When are we not in Now?

We’re always in Now, but we can forget this.
We have to keep remembering to be present.
We have to keep remembering we’re soul.

So, when we’re in one place, but our mind is in another, we are not present.

Spiraling in memory, rehashing the past, fantasizing or projecting into the future are all ways we are not in Now. So are all kinds of distractions and drama.

How can we get to Now instantly?

Some people like to use the breath. It’s a very quick bridge.
Some people like to ground. If that works for you, do that.
Or, you can just take a pause and become aware.

    What’s really happening?
    What actually occurring?
    What is temporary and unimportant?
    What is infinite and lasting?

All or any of these will calibrate you to Now.
