    Can you read the future?

    Picture
Sometimes we enter stretches of time in which we can't see what’s going to happen next.

    Maybe nothing seems stable.
    Maybe our identity is dissolving.
    Maybe we’re experiencing loss.
    Maybe everything has fallen apart.
Or, perhaps all of these at once.

The markers of this situation may include:

    • You are aware change is happening around you
    • You are aware you are changing
    • You can’t see what’s ahead

Even those of us with deep psychic and spiritual practices—who look into future successfully most of the time—may find ourselves temporarily without the ability to foresee.

It’s easy to be uncertain if you are used to using your psychic abilities to read the future, and you suddenly can’t see clearly.
However, if you can look at transition as expansion, you will have more patience as it happens.
    It is normal to change.
It is normal to have things change around us.
it is okay to always see what's ahead.

When we accept that change is always the reality, we move through it more easily.

    Can you let yourself change?

    Picture
Part of becoming spiritually awake means letting yourself evolve.

You’re not who you were as a kid.
You’re not who you were 14 years ago.
You’re not who you were last month.
    You’re who you are Now.

As a Divine human, you are in a state of continual change and growth—always expanding in your understanding of yourself as soul.

All this drama in the world? It’s here to teach us soul lessons.
And how you approach the drama? That's where you learn your lesson.

Each of us is here to experience our true essence—who we really are as souls. Part of this process means we must sift and sort through our beliefs, our emotions, the way we respond from mind/ego/personality—over and over again.

Not just once, at workshop or retreat.
But as a continual practice of soul growth.

As soul lessons show up (and they always do), it is a wonderful time to recommit to your soul inquiry, and take yet another look at who you are Now.

    How to remember the Light.

    Picture
There is a lot of chaos swirling around us.
But that doesn’t mean we have to connect to it.

If you don’t know what to do, do nothing.
If you don’t know what to think, think nothing.
If the uproar is too much for you, detach.
If you are feel overwhelmed, relax.

One thing that is good to remember: all of us have done this dance many times before. We’ve seen this cycle of chaos in many past lives.

    We’ve worked through karma then.
    We'll clear more karma now.

If you are feeling angry, depressed, numbed or anxious, now is an excellent time to detach from chaos by doubling down on your spiritual practice:

    • Meditate
    • Pray
    • Journal
    • Walk
    • Dance
    • Sleep
    • Bathe
    • Love

If you don’t know what to do or think, just breathe.
    In through the nose.
    Out through the mouth.
    Ten times.
    Remember yourself as soul.

    Channeled Forecast FEBRUARY 2023

    Remembering who you are

We are here to become the true self.

The true self is our infinite self.
The true self is our soul.

This is not news to anyone, but:

    • Body is finite—we will certainly die.
    • Mind/ego/personality is finite—we change every lifetime.
    • Soul is the only part of us that lasts.

So we might as well work on the part of ourselves that is the most real, the only thing that never ends: our infinite self.

For many of us, learning to live from soul is what this lifetime is all about.
This is our reason for being.

    It’s really a choice, isn’t it?
To distract ourselves with surface stuff that doesn’t last.
Or to actually focus on what matters—experience ourselves as soul.

Once you reach a certain point on your spiritual path, you find a lot of what’s in the world doesn’t matter.

    It’s all just temporary.
It’s all going to be gone soon enough.

And, you can’t take it with you.
    Not your stuff.
    Not your body.
    Not even your mind.

Once you reach a certain point on your spiritual path, you start to detach from the temporary.

    The me/my/mine loses its intrigue.
The personality quirks and drama seem unimportant.
The clamor of ego and its desire fades out.

We’re left with our soul self.
Trying to figure out that relationship.
Trying to live as soul in the world.

    Because of course, there’s life.
So many distractions will claim our focus.
So many worldly details will require our attention.

The trick is to hold all that—be in it fully—and yet still remember who we really are.

This is just life, isn’t it?

Most of us will find ourselves spending a lot of time and energy in the worldly parts of life: family, relationships, work.

There are many distractions from the Divine self, and this is okay.

At different parts of our life we will certainly find ourselves dealing with the practical, the mundane.

We’re also certainly going to spend time with the false, the fantasy, the dark, the destructive.

We are not here to live on clouds.
We here to live in the world as it is.

We are dropped in to a particular life in a particular part of the world, with particular people and situations, and this is what we must deal with.

Life is as we find it.
Not as we desire it, but as it is today.

As we engage with what is real, we work at remembering we are soul.

Are you an empath who feels everything?

    Picture
The last few years have been incredibly difficult to deal with if you are an empath, which all of you are.

Why is this so? It’s not about which political side you’re on. or what belief system you have, or even about the immense challenges we've all faced.

What it’s really about, is the overwhelm that comes from our connection. The internet and social media have made us aware of our interconnection.

In the past, we didn’t know what everyone was thinking every moment of the day. Now, it’s in the comments section.

The thing is, our interconnection has always been there.
We’re just becoming conscious of it.

This can be very hard to manage emotionally, when collective soul is doing such vigorous shadow work, as it is now.

Right now, if you are feeling everything, it can be confusing and overwhelming to sort out how to respond.
Should you be angry and enraged?
    Compassionate and peaceful?
    Hopeless and depressed?
    Something else?

What is the spiritual response to everything that’s going on?
Is there a way to stop this sensitivity?
If you can accept that you are part of One, and that we are all together—even the people who you might feel challenged by—it can open an escape hatch out of overwhelm.
We are One, and we are growing.
Growing pains can be very hard.
    Shadow work is very hard.

We must do this, personally and collectively, in order to evolve.

Were you born a woman in this lifetime?

    Picture
If you've been born a woman in this lifetime, you’ve probably experienced:

    • Unequal pay
    • Unequal opportunities
    • Misogyny
    • Patriarchy
    • Rape culture
    • Incest
    • Violence
    • Blaming the victim
    • Shaming the victim
    • And the list goes on

I know that many of you reading this right now have experienced sexual violence in your life.
    I have too.

If you haven’t experienced this, consider yourself extraordinarily fortunate. I invite you to open your heart to hold compassion for those who have.

    So, what happens now?

If you’ve been or are being victimized, maybe you’re ready to tell someone. You can tell a friend or a sympathetic family member. If you fear you might be in danger, you might be ready to ask for help.

To be spiritual does not mean to be passive.
We are meant to be active participants in our lives.
We are meant to stand up for each other.
We are meant to stand up for ourselves.

Finally, although this post is about women, all kinds of people in this world have been marginalized. We are all part of collective soul. We are all learning to see our value and to take care of each other, no matter who we are.
