Find your inspiration

As part of my focus on spiritual growth, I am commited to being in nature as much as I can. This means in all weather!

My favorite form of moving meditation is biking or walking at the nature preserve near my home. Rain, snow, heat—I am out there in all seasons!

It is truly thrilling to be on the path, riding your bike in the snow! It makes you feel like you're 12 years old again—fully yourself and fully connected all at once.

My experience has been is that there is something about moving meditation in nature that shifts us immediately into a state of pure Flow.

Our thought loops quickly come to front of mind where they can be easily dismissed. We begin to experience a sense of expansion. We open to the many consciousnesses that are always available to us. We begin to exist as soul first, rather than ego or personality.

It is not just about endorphins either. It is about tuning into nature itself, knowing ourselves as part of it, and dropping deeply into this Flow state.

Of course, this translates into more Flow state when we come back inside. The more we experience flow, whether this is in meditation or movement or dreams or however we let our selves open, the more this becomes our go-to state.
