Some people approach well-being through the body, with nutrition, exercise and health practices.

Other people approach well-being through experiences: travel and adventure.
Others approach well-being through the heart: deep intimate connection.
Still others find well-being via the soul: in prayer, meditation, creativity.
Still others avoid well-being altogether: they participate in all kinds of “bad” habits, “bad” practices, addictions and so forth.

And… all of these are okay.

Whatever path you’re doing right now, is exactly as it should be.

You learn soul lessons from having discipline and being “good.”
You learn soul lessons from having no discipline and being “bad.”
You learn soul lesson from being asleep, and not knowing you’re asleep.
You learn soul lessons from being awake, and knowing that you'll wake up more.

Everyone is seem wired a little differently as to how they best experience well-being: body, experiences, heart, soul. Pay attention to what makes you happy, what makes you feel the most free, what makes you smile.

That’s where you’ll find the particular spiritual habits that help you feel best.
