Every lesson is a piece of karma.
Some karma you've created for yourself in this lifetime, some is carried over from what you created in other lifetimes. Some karma is what you carry as part of your legacy of being human.
It can take lifetimes to burn through karma, or it can be completed as quickly as you shift your awareness.
You do not have to suffer; you do not have to slog forever in the mud.
The Universe moves you forward as fast as you desire to move forward.
