Today’s inspiration is from The 33 Lessons:
“The heart must be cleared, continually and always, by revealing and gifting of your heart to us, by allowing us to take your burdens and your pains, and giving this to us.”

Here is how I think of this passage: that we are in charge of keeping our heart clear.
Our heart is our emotional center, the place our soul resides, the center of our feeling and knowing. This is what we are charged with.
To become clear, we must remove all blockages, which can include energy, emotions, anything that seems to get "stuck", anything that is repressed or ignored, or anything that we don't want to look at becuase we fear it might be too painful.
We allow this feeling. And then we just let things flow.
For the heart to be clear, it needs a steady removal of all feelings and emotions—the negative and the positive—so that this state of flow can be clear and pure.
If you are feeling stuck, check your heart. See what needs to be cleared. Let yourself feel whatever that is, and notice the release that happens.
