    Unexpected events are here to wake you up.

    "Sometimes your life events are joyous, sometimes difficult. But always, whether “good” or “bad,” they serve to wake you up. 

    They pull you out of complacency, stuckness, stubbornness, fear, and invite you to open your heart to its fullest capacity.

    Thus, when an event “happens” to you out of nowhere, unexpected even when you have been following signs and synchronicities, pay attention!

    When you experience an event, understand it is the Universe guiding you in a very direct way!

    An event may be seen as the Universe communicating directly with you, by shifting the course of your destiny, disrupting the previous pattern of your life so that you may move forward more quickly in the process of your soul growth.

    In asking, everything is already begun.

    "We ask you to detach from the idea of “not doing it right.”

    We ask that you open your windows and you make yourself available to your Divine helpers, and to all of the Universe, and to do this in the simplest way available.

    This simplest way to enter in is by stillness.

    ​Again, you do not need to sit for long. At the beginning, ten minutes may be all you can manage, before the looping thoughts and crushing world invade your awareness once again.

    This is a feast of life, nirvana!

    "The mind will tell you one thing or the other: what you don’t have, what you think you need, why this isn’t good, why that isn’t enough.

    In reality, this feast of life is only bliss, nirvana, the shuddering of pure grace.

    It is ecstasy, to become aware of this life!
    This nectar of the sky, the winds, the air!
    This ecstasy of the earth, the plants, the stones!
    This grand expanse of earth: all of it and all it contains!

    Created by Light, for your immersion and your enjoyment.
    ​Created by Light, so you as Light can be here and feel it.

    So you can feel it all, with your bare feet on the ground and your lungs gasping in that sweet air, your arms outstretched to become one with the trees, the birds singing in your ears. ​

    And this is just one moment!

    Have you forgotten that magic is real?

    ..."then as you were indoctrinated by the dominant culture, by your schools and family and place of origin, and all the ways that humans are moved away from higher vibration and individual experience into lower vibration and group thought, you began to understand the Universe less.

    When the Universe spoke to you in messages and visions, you heard this language; but you began to lose trust. You questioned what you heard.

    When the Universe spoke to you with energy and events and synchronicity, you noticed still, but you began to downplay what was happening. You didn’t trust, and you didn’t follow: you questioned or, worse, you scoffed or called it coincidence or “random.”

    You forgot that magic is real, and that synchronicities are the way the Universe gets our attention whenever it is trying to nudge us into a new understanding or a new direction.

    And then you got busy with all the things a life contains, and you stopped listening entirely. In fact, you forget you knew how to listen!

    Happy Summer Solstice!

    "The  ticking clock urges you to use every moment, to hold every moment in your hand like the precious commodity it is.

    Every moment you waste being numbed out, bored, disengaged, distracted, unhappy, enraged . . . you do not get this time back.

    Time marches forward, to encourage you to march forward also: be in your life!
    Not by busyness or “to-dos.”
    But by becoming fully engaged with every moment that arrives.

    Fully here in this moment.
    Fully here in the next moment.
