Does it matter if you have a meditation practice?

    Picture
There are all kinds of ways to meditate.

    • You can meditate at the same time each day.
    • You can meditate for a certain length of time.
    • You can use breath.
    • You can use mantra.
    • You can use music.
    • You can use beads.
    • You can use a guided meditation app.

I've worked with a lot of people—many mediators, many not—in the field of spiritual intuition, and what I have found is that there is no particular way that is better than another.

They are just different. Each particular style or practice you use, will take you into a slightly different dimensional realm than the other.

    • Some meditations take you into bliss.
    • Some take you into sleep.
    • Some take you into relaxation.
    • Some take you into clarity and knowing.
    • Some take you into intuition and visions.

The type of meditation I teach, which is really not a formal meditation practice at all, but rather a way of slipping into a particular dimensional level, is designed to enable people to receive clarity, knowing, intuition, visioning and channeling.

This kind of direct connection is not what you would use if you wanted to relax or sleep, for example. But it is ideal if you want to know what your next step is, and when you are ready to receive clear guidance from the Universe.

I teach this method in everything I do: courses, books, training, podcasts, all of it. If you're interested, I invite you to learn. It is profoundly meaningful to receive guidance from the Universe in this way.

Why your answer can be found in everything.

    Picture
The Universe is a funny place.

    Everything in it is different.
But everything in it is the same.

We are all created of particulate, which is another word for star dust, the God Particle, the unified field, or any other term you want to give to Oneness.

We are all created of the same little bit of everything. Which means, since everything is One, you can find your answer in everything, all the time.

Even a spider web, draped in fall frost, can provide the answer to your question.

As you think about the questions you have—your life's path, your relationships, your intention, your self as soul—consider receiving the answer from a very small, ordinary thing in your life.

    The micro reflects the macro.
All your answers are always there.

How does being in nature change us?

    Picture
Do you remember when you were small, and you went outside to play and everthing was just magical?

Every tree, every flower, eery leaf and  grass and stick seemed to communicate with you, whispering a mysterious language that you understood clearly, even though you did not know the words?

When you were a child, you understood Nature as she really is: a living, sentient, conscious collective of beings who are fully able to connect with you and love you.

    Nature heals us.
    Nature balances us.
    Nature guides us.

If you have not allowed yourself to become a child again in Nature, to walk outside and simply be—not exercising, not with a goal or a mission, but instead  just wandering about and noticing everything—these last beautiful days of Autumn are an extraordinary time to create that opening for yourself.

What is the source of channeled writing?

    Picture
One of the things that the sacred and spiritual writings have in common, is that they are channeled.

Someone, sometime, sat down in a quiet place and let the language of the Universe flow through them.

They did not create the information from their imagination, or try to form it in any way.

    They were simply the tube.

They connected in to Divine source, and received what was already there.

Some channels express this in their voices, such as Esther Hicks's Abraham or Lee Carroll's Kryon.

Other channels receive in writing. Some of the Bible was channeled—it's clear that some of this work was written under a state of Divine receiving.

Allan Kardec's movie and book The Spirits' Book has recently come to public light—a collection of channeling from the 1850s.

A Course in Miracles was channeled in writing, and this is also how I received the spiritual teachings in The 33 Lessons, The Four Passages of the Heart and Messages from the Divine.

There is a particular voice that is revealed in channeling—it is not the language of the mind, but rather a soul language.

You will know when this voice is accessed, when you enter into a state of trance where channeling can happen, because the content of what you receive is elevated—it is more than you could know on your own.

It is at a higher level.

Is collective soul becoming more active?

    Picture
We are beginning to sense each other more.

With the Shift in 2012, we became suddenly aware of our own soul self.

If we were not awake, we started to wake up. If we were already awake, we had an exquisite expansion of our awareness.

Now, just a few years later and our collective consciousness is waking up.

We are not becoming aware of just ourselves as souls.
We are becoming aware of ourselves as part of COLLECTIVE SOUL.
We are waking up as a collective.
    As One soul.

If you have been having dreams about a lot of people you don't know,
If you have been having deja vu,
If you have been having connection with the departed,
If you are communicating with animals and plants...

...all of these are markers that you are experiencing collective soul in your daily life.

We become more One every day.

When you feel like you are drifting.

    Picture
There are times in our life when we suddenly find ourselves lost.

We are adrift in the fog, and it soon becomes apparent that there isn't a point in even rowing—if we don't know where we are going, how can we row to get there?

If you find yourself in this kind of place, it is okay to relax and not worry about this phase of "lostness".

From a spiritual perspective, this is a sign that you are moving into a new self.

You have already or are now releasing your old self, including past relationships, places, memories and beliefs.

You have already  or are now understanding that you don't know what's next.

It's okay to sit adrift in your rowboat for a while, as the fog rolls in from all sides, and simply surrender to this misty, unclear beauty.

If you have been very busy in your life—for many decades, or for months or years—there will naturally arrive a time when the busyness is no longer where you are.

You have entered a time of waiting, releasing and trusting.
You have entered another beautiful experience as a human.
