When you attempt to fix everything 
For everyone you are in essence
Meddling with the Universe’s plan 
Of continuous Flow and 
The evolution of collective soul. 
Of course, this is already accommodated for. 
Did you really think that you, 
As one soul part of collective soul, 
Can change everything or fix everything? 
You cannot. 
It is only through the combined awareness 
Of collective soul that evolution happens. 
Do not swoop in imagining
That you are the only one in a situation
Who can fix or shift or lift or change. 
It is a job that souls must do together.

The misery of collective soul
Is that your uniqueness 
Does not really matter. 
Your uniqueness is a given. 
It is a given that each drop in the ocean
Is unique from every other drop, 
Yet, if all drops are unique, 
Then how are they valued?
The ego would prefer that 
Only one drop of the ocean was better,
More valuable and more special, 
And that this drop was you. 
Feel the water all around you, 
Feel your own self sink into the continued
Swell and wave of the ocean of consciousness. 
There is no misery here, really. 
It is just the ego having a thought
Which is replaced by the reality 
Of what really is, which is that everything
Is melding at all levels: matter, space, time
Everything melding, and there is no 
Way to become separate from this. 
It is not really misery, is it? 
It is profound joy.

You are starting to understand 
That not as much matters 
As you have been told. 
You have been given the idea 
That some things are better than others,
Or some things are worse than others.
Or that there is value judgment 
On one activity or another.
Or one relationship or another,
Or other ways of valuing
What is happening in a lifetime. 
In truth everything is an experience
Happening in Nowness,
So, all of these thousands and millions
Of experiences are passing through 
The filter and lens of the mind at once
And the mind is applying judgment to
What is good and what is bad. 
But the soul does not label.

What happens when you meet 
A soul with whom you have
An important karmic crossing? 
There will be instant recognition 
Or an aha moment 
That you have circled around together
Many times before.
A karmic crossing may be misunderstood
As a life connection, 
But this is not their purpose. 
Karmic crossings occur in order 
For souls to learn lessons together. 
Once the lesson has been learned 
The connection is no longer needed.
This is not the Universe being harsh. 
It is so that you as soul and everyone as soul 
May explore as many opportunities 
For expansion as are possible in a lifetime.
When a lesson is learned, it is not repeated. 
If you find yourself in the same style
Of karmic relationship
Over and over again, 
You have not yet learned the lesson.
