    Channeled Forecast SEPTEMBER 2022

    Karma May Be Released

You are not responsible for the sins of the fathers, for the sins of the mothers.
    Karma may be released.

You are not responsible for what happened in this family, in that ancestry, within this country, within this region. You are not responsible to hold this pain as punishment: what you did or what you went through.

What you are responsible for is to move together now, to make change. When heal the past, you heal the present and future.

So much of this work has been done by you, great groups of you coming together to heal the past karma in the family, the country, the region.

What you did when you were in past lives. What was done to you when you were in past lives. What your ancestry did to others, what your ancestry experienced being done to there.

    Let go of this pain.
It is not yours to carry.
    Karma may be released.

There is no atonement for your past lives.
There is no atonement for your ancestry.
There is no atonement for you years ago.

There is only you walking forward now, as a being who does not harm and who does not allow harm.

This is different than you believed, isn’t it? You believed you must be punished, punished, punished for the sins of your fathers, the sins of your mothers. You believed you must hold the pain of your fathers, the pain of your mothers.

    None of this is true.
You are your ancestry, you are your past.
This is what you came from.
But in every moment you may choose a different path.

Your destiny is not circle of pain, a repeat of the past or of past lives, lost in the fog and the punishment again and again, circling in a room of pain without doors.

Your destiny is to find the door, finally and at last and step through.

You, the one person in your family, your ancestry, your region, to find the door and step through.

    You can do this.
It is why you are here.

If you have been working on the healing of your personal karma, your family karma the karma of your region or country, know that healing has happened. Healing is complete.

If you have not begun this work yet, begin it now. Even if it is difficult, the moment you face this work, it begins to heal.

Recall that healing is instantaneous, it does not have to be practiced over and over again as a ritual that never ends.

When healing is compete, you can let the healing go. You do not need to continue healing.

So many of you, such marvelous healers, but continuing to circle in the room of despair without looking up and seeing the door is there.

Let go of the pain of your ancestors, it is already healed. You have done this work
Let go of the pain of your family, it is already healed or the healing is in progress. You have done this work.
Let go of the pain of your region or country, the healing is in progress. You have done this work.

Now what is next? How do you live a life where there is no karma to be healed, the healing has been done already? What happens when you walk through the new door, the door you are even now seeing?

    Is this allowed? Yes.
Is it the next step? Yes.

Are you letting others down if you walk through the door? No.

You are leading the way, and showing them it can be done.
Look up, watch the karma dissipate and dissolve, no longer there any more.

See where you are, in the room without doors, and see the door.
    Walk through it.

Pain is not needed in this new age. You don’t need to return to it. Karma is already healed. Leave the pain on the floor, step out of the past and begin what is next, which is contributing to the whole.

    Why do bad things happen?

    Picture
We have this tendency to label something as good or something as bad.
But, in reality, if there were no challenges to work through, we wouldn’t grow very much.

The bad things are like the stone in our shoe that keeps irritating us as we walk on our path: it bothers us and bothers us and bothers us, until we finally stop, take off our shoe and take a long, hard look at the problem.

When we look at the problem, instead of avoiding it, we get clear.
    This is where growth happens.

If we are in the middle of a rough patch, where there is a lot of pain, chaos, drama—maybe we need to look at how we are approaching our lives, maybe we need to make changes.
Or, sometimes we’re very present in our lives, and bad things happens anyway. Why is this?

The soul answer is that everything is a lesson that moves us to greater expansion.
Everything is an opportunity to expand further in our understanding.

And yet, the human answer is that it’s very hard to be grateful when bad things happen.

If you can’t find gratitude at the moment, just feel what you feel. It is enough to be authentic for now. When, over time, you look back and recognize the lesson you were being taught, the gratitude will come of its own accord.

How can we feel our soul?

    Picture
When you feel relaxed, peaceful and joyous, you are feeling yourself as soul.
When you feel stressed, fearful, angry, you are feeling separate.

    Feeling good is connected.
    Feeling pain is separate.

If you find yourself in negative emotional states or thought loops, use the breath to bring you home: close your eyes, breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth ten times, until you relax again.

    In through the nose.
    Out through the mouth.
    Ten times.

Try it now, and watch as that swoony, expanded, relaxed state comes over you.

It feels good, doesn’t it? It’s really quite hard to even remember what you felt so miserable about? Even on the breath, you have been transported to a new dimensional reality, a new realignment of yourself, a connection to Spirit that takes you to a new realm and a new reality.

Stay there, breathing, until the relaxation and peace of Spirit is clear to you once again.
The breath is always a true bridge to Spirit—you can always use it to enter into a connected state.

Any place, any time— the breath will always take you there.

    What are "good" habits?

Some people approach well-being through the body, with nutrition, exercise and health practices.

Other people approach well-being through experiences: travel and adventure.

Others approach well-being through the heart: deep, intimate connection.

Still others find well-being via the soul: in prayer, meditation, creativity.
Still others avoid well-being altogether: they participate in all kinds of bad habits, bad practices, addictions and so forth.

And … all of these are okay. Whatever path you’re doing right now, is exactly as it should be.

You learn soul lessons from having discipline and being good.
You learn soul lessons from having no discipline and being bad.
You learn soul lessons from being asleep, and not knowing you’re asleep.
You learn soul lessons from being awake, and knowing that you’ll wake up more.

Everyone, it seems, is wired a little differently as to how they best experience well-being: body, experiences, heart, soul. Pay attention to what makes you happy, what makes you feel the most free, what makes you smile.

That’s where you’ll find the particular spiritual habits that help you feel best.

Is there a "good" way to live?

There are many ways to live; there is no one good way or bad way.

Even in a spiritually focused life, there may be many twists and turns where some parts of a life are unsuccessful or disappointing, difficult or just plain rotten.

When we look from soul perspective, we see that we’re on the path of soul growth—we’ve already had many lifetimes to work on our soul lessons, and we’ll have many future lifetimes to continue our understanding.

When we work from this infinite perspective, it takes the pressure off doing it perfectly this time around.

    We’re learning.
We don’t have it all figured out.
It’s a process over time, and as souls, we have all the time we need.

If you’re stressing about your own progress, or stressing about the progress of the world (which is certainly moving through some difficult soul lessons), take a deep breath.

Trust that all is as it should be.
Everything: people and worlds, move toward expansion.

    What spiritual practices are best?

    Picture
Spirituality is the practice of seeking God/One/All/Divine/Universe/Source in everything.

It is the recognition that we are more than our minds, bodies and to-do lists; we are expanding infinite souls in an expanding infinite Universe.

To be a spiritual person is to focus on spirituality as a life’s path, is to begin to live from your soul’s perspective.

    This means:
    There aren’t any rules.
    There aren’t any practices.

It’s you and your soul, figuring it out together.
It’s you and collective soul, figuring it out together.

You can be spiritual within any religion, or you can opt out of religion and create a practice of your own. There are many paths to spirituality, but only one mountain to climb.

We each must walk our own path.
This is the journey of each soul.
If you are a spiritual person, this is what your life is about.

No matter how long it takes—this lifetime, next lifetime, next lifetimes after that—everything leads to the Divine.
