    How can we create miracles?

    Picture
Billions of miracles are happening in every moment.

In fact, when we begin to pay exquisite attention to absolutely everything, we soon see our life is miracle-filled.

This means, we don’t need to manifest miracles.
We simply need to notice them as they show up.

Our mind/personality ego may think it wants or needs a specific miracle to make us happy, but this is not so.

When we open to the miracle of every moment—really open to it—we are filled with a sense of grace and wonder.

The simple act of noticing Now will fill us completely.

Remember: you don’t have to notice Now in the present moment only. Now also includes being fully present to  past, such as with memories and remembrance, or being fully present to the future, such as what we are dreaming, manifesting and creating.

It’s always Now: no matter where we are or what we're doing. Wherever we put our consciousness is our Now. And tha's where miracles are too: always Now.

So, if you aren’t sure what you’re trying to create as a miracle, you can go back into past, or forward into future, and see what informs you there.

Many times, the miracles have been building, forming or gathering steam in our lives for a long time: when we stop, and look back at where we have been and we are currently, the pattern becomes clear.

    Pain May be Released

So many of you were raised up on pain.
You were handed the pain at birth—the pain of the family, the ancestry, the situation, the problem. You were handed the pain, and expected to carry it your whole life.

We say: this is optional. You are not required to carry the pain of others.
Each soul has tasks in this lifetime, and one of the tasks, which goes hand in hand with the acceptance of your calling and the completion of your destiny, is the task of learning how to transmute suffering.

    What is your pain?
What pain is handed to you?
    Whose pain are you carrying?
    What is yours to carry?

It is the task of some souls to take on the pain of others and to transmute this pain by justice, resolution, change.

And yet, this is not the task of all souls.
Others of you are here to do other things.

So, when you are given this big bag of pain at birth, when you are asked to transfer this pain from others into yourself—from past lives, from karmic wounds, from past ancestry, from past pain—you have the option to say no.

Many of you did not come here to hold the pain of others.
Many of you came here with other, much more important callings and much more profound destiny, and holding the pain of others is not what you are here for.

You notice, we do not confusing holding pain with compassion.
All of you are here for compassion.

But there is a difference, between slogging in the mud with another, carrying another’s pain for them—whether person or group or history—and having compassion for the soul carrying pain, learning to release it.

The pain of the past life is not meant to be carried now.
The pain of the past karma is not meant to be carried now.
The pain of ancestry is not meant to be carried now.
The pain of your own past is not meant to be carried now.

If someone is suffering, you do not suffer with them.
You hold compassion. You love them.
You understand that they must climb out of the pain themselves.
This is one of the tasks of each soul.
And, no soul can take on this task for another.

So, when you are handed that bag of pain, yet again?
You can refuse it. You can reject it.
You can gracefully, with compassion and love, say that is not mine.

What happens to all the bags of pain that have been handed down from generation to generation? If they are not taken up and carried, they dissipate, they dissolve, they no longer exist.

It is not to say the wound, the transgression, the violence, the abuse, the addiction—whatever karmic shadow occurred—did not exist.

But it is not for every soul in the ancestry to carry, pass on, carry. At some point, the karma must be dealt with by the souls who were involved. Not the souls on the sidelines.

Let go of all pain that is not yours.
Release that energy, and understand it is not your responsibility.

You are not here to solve the karma of the world.
You are here to work your own karma.

Carry your own pain, until you learn to release it.
Release all pain that is not yours.

Every soul must walk their own path.
It is a requirement of soul growth.

How can we live in bliss?

    Picture
Bliss is not a feeling or an experience of being extra happy.
Bliss a vibrational state; it is a state of awareness.

We speak about the Universe having particular layers and levels of dimensionality, and we can enter these at will.

The bliss state is no different—it is a dimensional state we can enter.

For example, when we begin to hold attention to every little thing, we begin to feel wonder and gratitude, and in this way, we begin to experience bliss—we cross the veil from the dimension of pain and anger and distraction, to the dimension of bliss.

When we allow ourselves to go there, we can really be in this vibration all the time.
Some days, it is very hard to stop smiling!

And then other days, it’s not so easy. We have to remind ourselves: my dimensional state is a choice. I can choose what dimension I’m in, or not in. I can shift my dimensional state at will.

In other words, even when things are not going as we’d like, we can still seek the vibrational state of bliss.

    Does it seem Pollyannaish
to you? Always looking on the bright side? Does it seem like spiritual bypassing?

But that isn’t it at all.

We’re not trying to negate the negative, or claim that everything is always perfect.
Of course, it’s not. Lots of life is very hard.

We’re just noticing: there are many vibrational states swirling around me all at the same time, and I get to choose at every moment, what state I want to experience.

I get to choose, what vibrational dimension I am existing in.

    Try choosing bliss, more often.
    You will not be disappointed.

Is it hard to be spiritually awake?

    Picture
In modern life, people think it’s hard to be spiritually connected.
    Yet, this isn’t so.

Spiritual connection isn’t something that has to happen in a certain way, at certain time of day or for a certain length of time.

    It’s not a struggle!

It’s true, there are beautiful formal practices, and many people love these. But, it is also okay to simply live spiritual connection as your way of being.

We can enter into Divine space anywhere. We can look around us and become filled with gratitude anytime.

Our connection with the God/One/All/Divine/Universe/Source is always with us, because we are also that.

As you move through your life, no matter what is happening or not happening, no matter if things seem easy or hard, no matter if you think you're "happy" or not, simply hold this as key: the Divine is always with you.

    Within you.
    Without you.
    As you.
    As everything.
    No separation, ever.

    How does Spirit contact us?

    Picture
The Universe has a very specific language that it uses to communicate with us.

We can learn this language, when we seek to meditate, when we spend time in Nature, when we follow synchronicities, and when we allow ourselves to have peak experiences.

All of these are ways the Universe speaks to us.

If you are having trouble recognizing Spirit in your life, it can be useful to let go of the idea that Spirit will come in a certain way, or bring a certain desired result.

Instead, just notice what’s happening when you’re meditating, in nature, when you notice a coincidence, when you experience bliss.

All of these are ways Spirit is talking to you.
