    Use every moment.

    Picture
On the one hand, you are eternal soul.
Time is meaningless, when you are infinite.

On the other hand, you’re living in a human container. And for your human self, at least during this time on earth, the clock is ticking very quickly.

You have seen this happen already; one moment you are young and fresh, the next moment the body has changed.

You may pass a mirror, and find yourself staring at a person you do not recognize.

How has this happened so quickly?
How does the body soften and sag and falter?
How has this happened: so many years passed, with so little accomplished?

Ttime presses forward, and in doing so, time presses you forward.

The clock ticking urges you to use every moment, to hold every moment in your hand like the precious commodity it is.

Every moment you waste being numbed out, bored, disengaged, distracted, unhappy, enraged…. you do not get this time back.

Time marches forward, to encourage you to march forward also: be in your life!
Not by busyness or “to dos.”
But by becoming fully engaged, with every moment that arrives.

    Fully here in this moment.
Fully here in the next moment.

Your whole life a beautiful string of pearls, an exquisite necklace of being.
And it’s all yours for the creating!

All you have to do is say yes, and move forward without hesitation.

    A container of time.

You will understand that this lifetime is a container of time for you.

At the beginning of your soul’s journey, you think that you can make every choice, have every experience, do everything all the time.

This is your life not only when you are young, but when you are older and insatiable for the “must do,” the schedule, the distraction, the drama.

Yet when you get to a certain place of understanding, you will realize that you are here for your particular lessons, your particular contract.

And that’s the most important thing.

You can’t taste, see, experience, sample everything.
    You’re not supposed to.

You’re here to find your meaning.

So don’t dither and waste your time in entertainment, in numbness, while the journey still calls you.

The shadows are falling differently already.
Get up. Begin what gives your life meaning.

    Much love,
    SARA

    The soul's discernment.

    What is meaningful?
    What is waste?

This is the soul’s discernment for every activity, for every relationship, for every moment in a lifetime.

When you begin to understand that this sorting process, this determination of what is meaningful to you as also your soul’s work, you will begin to see things in a new way.'

    Society confuses you.
    Your culture tells you lies.
    The mainstream is not true.
Group thought is often confused, base, low.

As a soul, you are charged to do your own sorting: high or low vibration. Awake or numb. Purpose or waste. Calling or distraction.

Imagine that you are walking through a crowded bazaar, filled with every activity and every temptation. Your desire to move from point A to point B, in the clearest, cleanest, most pure way you can.

You want nothing to dissuade you. You want no distractions.
This is your soul’s journey through this lifetime.

And yet, it is expected and known that you will become distracted by all that is in the bazaar!

You will stop at the gambling tables. You will drink at the pub. You will waste time in sexual encounters that are without connection. You will spend your money on trifles. You will look at all the trinkets and buy them, and then buy more. You will wander aimlessly, passing time, allowing each new thing to take you to the next and the next. You will get in arguments, overturn tables. You will be stolen from, and beaten.

You will do all of these things, and more!
We say: for a while, you will do them all.

But at a certain point, you will look up and see the open sky. You will notice the clouds moving, curls and whispers of white against all that blue. And you will notice the shadow falling differently; and you will notice it is time to leave the bazaar with all its drama and distractions, and continue on your way.

You will learn this in time.

    Channeled Forecast NOVEMBER 2023

You are always moving in time

You are always moving in time.
But time is not what you think.

There is no backward or forward.
There is no past or future.
There are no minutes or hours.
There are not even days or nights.

    Time is dimensional.
The only place you can experience it is Now.
The only place you can experience anything—time, matter, space, emotion, thought, memories, the body, your physicality—is Now.

This may seem like a limitation.

Who are you if you cannot go back into memory and recall and review your past?
Who are you if can’t imagine or dream your future?
How can it really be, that our emotions and thoughts are fleeting?

You begin to see the limitations of your mind.
Your ego is not as capable as you thought.
In fact, your ego is not worth much, in the bigger equation.
Ego is a tool for this reality, just as your body is.

Mind/ego/personality, three names for one thing, is not the whole story.
Mind/ego/personality is a sub awareness for the soul.
    The soul is what matters.
    Learn to live from there.

    Thus, you cannot grasp time.
It is freedom, to stop trying.
You cannot hold emotions, feeling, thought.
It is freedom, to take yourself less seriously.

When you begin to understand your dimensionality, your soul self as what is real, you begin to see that the all the parts of this lifetime on this earth—it’s just experiences.

Experiences strung together like pearls on a strand, one lifetime after another, infinitely.
    Except there is no after.
    Everything is experienced Now.

If everything is now, what matters?
This, this is the question your soul is helping you to answer.

    What matters?
    Everything matters, all at once.
    Nothing matters, all at once.

What you perceive is what you experience.
What you experience, in connection to everything at once, is the only thing that is real.

What you experience, is how you exist.
So, what would you like to experience?

We have asked you this before.
Many of you do not believe that the answer you desire is available to you, is allowed.

We say: what is in your hearts is transparent.
Not only to us, but you to and to everyone, to all souls.
The heart is where the soul resides, and it is transparent, it can be read and known by all.

This is what you really want: to know peace and joy. To know connection and love. To transcend all the suffering of the world as it now, and to exist in a place where suffering is not your experience.

We say: step through the door.
This is possible—if you allow it.

The old manifesting, the old secret, was correct in one way: ask and you shall receive.
The old manifesting, the old secret, had you asking for the wrong things.
Now is the time, to ask for what you really want.
The true desires of your heart.

    Peace and joy.
    Connection and love.
The sense of Oneness filling you in all moments, because this is the only reality of any moment.

The knowing that you are part of.
The knowing, deep within and without of all of you, that you are One.

Just ask for this awareness, and you shift into another dimension.
    It is so easy.
    We say: please ask.

Upon asking, you will begin to perceive from your soul.
Upon asking, you will feel connected to everything.

Everything is a collective hum, and you are also this.

    Living from purpose.

Don’t be afraid if you will be a success by the world’s terms.
Success is not in anyone’s contract.

Your calling is simply to do the thing, to have the experience, to understand the lessons that arrive from the doing.

Don’t wait until your life is perfect, until you have the time, until you have the space.

Begin writing at the kitchen table.
Clear out the garage and begin inventing.
    Apply to school now.
Begin singing even as you walk your child to school.

When you are gone from this lifetime, when you are in review of this lifetime, you will see all the moments when you were living from purpose, and how this focus, these activities, squeezed into place in the odd moment: the early morning, the lunch break, the afternoon downtime, the evening, created room for more living from purpose.

And you will see how all of these moments moving in your purpose were brilliant gems: so much more valuable than the time wasted in addiction, in sloth, in must do, in worry, in fear, in distraction.

    Make room, make room.
Let go of what is not your purpose.
    Make space, make time.
Begin to live your soul’s contract, in every moment you are breathing.

And if you don’t know your soul’s contract?
We say… close your eyes. Breathe. Be still.
    Listen, feel, sense, see.
You have known your contract since your birth.

We say: It is the thing you are most afraid of, that excites you most deeply, that you most wish to do. It is the thing that if you were to start today, you would feel your heart expand in joy.

We say: you are here to live your calling.
If you still do not know your calling, we say: yes, you do.

    Allow this.

    Your soul contract.

    Picture
Each of us is given a particular soul contract to accomplish in a lifetime.

You may be sent here to write.
You may be sent here to teach.
You may be sent here to serve one particular soul or soul cluster, such as a family.
You may be sent here to sacrifice on a karmic level, for a soul you’ve been working with a long time.
You may be sent here to play, to enjoy, to experience.
You may be sent here to travel the world, or to live in specific places.
You may be sent here to heal others.
You may be sent here to heal yourself.
You may be sent here to build.
You may be sent here to stabilize.
You may be sent here to invent.
You may be sent here to inspire.

These are just a few of the ways your contract is written, but always there is one main trajectory, one main calling, one main purpose that is yours and yours alone.

Sometimes, we understand our purpose early: we get down to the business of living our lives clearly and at a young age. This is a marvelous gift, because in this way we have more time to focus on our path. We have more time in the lifespan, to give our full attention to our soul’s calling.

But often, we waste much of our lives slinking and sliding around our purpose, wondering if it really ours, wondering if we will have the courage to undertake this great calling in our lifetime, wondering if we really can dare to do it.

    In these cases:
We are the writer who does not write.
The painter who does not paint.
The singer who does not sing.
The doctor who does not go to med school.
The explorer who does not explore.
The adventurer who does not adventure.
The family man who does not support a family.
The mother who does not raise children.
The inventor who does not invent.
The motivator who does not inspire.

We live our lives instead shivering under blankets of fear and uncertainty. We hang on the edge of the diving board, refusing to dive in.

We refuse to commit, we refuse to leap, we refuse to trust.

We are living, but because we are not living our purpose, we are not living at the level we have come here for.

It is a great waste, to not fully live in a lifetime.

Don’t be afraid of what you don’t know how to do.
    Just begin.
