If you build it, they will come.

I had the great delight in studying the novel Field of Dreams in college.

The ideas of that book—trust the guidance you receive, act on it—have also been my compass during this journey.

Yesterday I spend most of the day packing and shipping an enormous amount of preorders for my new book, Becoming Your Best self (now retitled The Intuitive Path). There are still many more to process when I get back from the International New Age Trade Show in Denver.

Yes, it's old fashioned. Yes, it's time consuming.
But it has given me great joy to do something personal at this time.

To sign and wrap and address and mail, putting a little of my energy into each one, so that when you get your copy, you will feel it too.

    The granting of all wishes.

It's raining again. But the weekend was a glory of gentle sun.

We strolled the city of  Independence (population 9000), where it is common to see giant farm tractors driving right down Main Street.

In the center of the town is a fountain, meant for dangling your fingers or even dipping a toe in.

    And, for making wishes.

I did not have a wish to make that day...but from the corner of my eye I spotted an old, dented penny, laying on the pavement not far from the fountain.

I picked it up, closed my eyes, and wished that whoever's wish was on this penny... Whoever had a wish that needed to be granted... that this would come true.

Maybe it was yours? Maybe someone else's? In our connection as One, it doesn't really matter.

    What affects one, affects All.

    How do we follow strands?

I teach about syncronicites, or strands as I call them.

They used to arrive to me in extremely direct ways—seeing 40 El Caminos in one day, for example. Walking directly into the arms of the man who was to become my partner at a concert of 30,000 people, as another.

    Very direct, can't-miss-it stuff.

You go around thinking the Universe is random and then this stuff happens and you know it isn't so.

Recently, a tweet by Iyanla Vanzant came into my feed. I noticed it in the way that you do. No big deal.

The next day later, I I saw she was going to be a guest speaker at INATS, where I was also going to be. So, that was weird.

By this time, I'm paying a little bit of attention. Not a lot. It's just on my radar.

The next day, I head into the twn of Independence Oregon, population 9,000.  I get a croissant and latte at the local bakery. And on an absolute whim, I step into the tiny used book store that's been there for decades.

I have not been in that store for five years. But today, it's Iike a tractor beam is pulling me in. I can't stop myself.

I head back to the Spirituality and Self Help section, and here's where it gets weird. There's absolutely no one  in the store, except in that particular aisle there's a woman standing exactly where I want to look.

    It's very awkward!

I saw something like "I'm not trying to crowd you, I just like this section too".

    And she says nothing.
She doesn't respond or move or nod or shrug.
Almost like—almost like she's not a human, or she's not really there.

Because this woman is standing where I want to stand, I have to stand in front of a different section. I look up, and I see a book and I pull the book off the shelf.

And of course this book is by Iyanla Vanzant.

I start laughing. I have no idea what any of it means, and it's not important.
I realize simply that I am in the midst of a strand, and I am being guided.

    I buy the book.

I head outside into the sun and open the book to a random page, where I read "The only requirement for you to become a living example of faith is to work on yourself."

Which is the answer to the question I have been asking the Divine all week.

    Technology and Oneness.

    Picture
It's taking some getting used to, this idea of being One.

It's easy to say "we are One."

But it's not easy to get used to the actuality of Oneness as this becomes part of our lives, namely via the digital age—in which we can and do connect instantaneously with anyone and everyone at any time

This new techno Oneness is part of the Shift.
It's training us to understand how intuition works...

In ten years, a hundred years—the technology will not be needed.
We'll just do it with our minds.

It sounds far-fetched, but as one who works in intuition, this is what is happening now.
And this is what is to come.

What happens when we opt out?

    Picture
Our perception is that one kind of energy is better than another.

We want to opt out of that which makes us feel frazzled or stressed, as if there's something inherently bad about certain energy.

We want to attach to what makes us feel good, joyous, peaceful, at ease.

    Choose carefully.

There are different qualities of energy.
Lock into the hum, and get to know this.

    Bask in it all.
    The All of everything.

    The anxiety of interconnection.

I've been thinking lately about Oneness, interconnectivity and how social media or the internet in general has been a game changer.

The thing is, it's now impossible to get out of the game.

The connectivity was all there before, but we just couldn't see it, hear it.
    We weren't cognizant.

But now, the game's on 24/7, in ways we can't get out of our minds even when we unplug, turn off, disengage.

We are cognizant of the energy of connection now, in a whole new way.

When I look at Twitter, I have the flash of knowing about each person that I come in contact with. This has not been pleasant or desired.

It's similar to what happens when I or anyone goes into a crowd—all of the information about everyone just floods in.

Social media is a template or trainer for the bigger energy that's always been there.
We can't turn Oness off, because it's what we are.

There is discomfort and joy,  as we all move to this realization.
