    Have more peak experiences.

You can learn to create miracles in your life, not just sometimes but in every moment.

A peak experience is a moment in when you become exquisitely attuned to the miracle of Now.

It is common to have a sudden experience of Nowness when you are new settings, doing unfamiliar things: the newness creates a heightened perception of your reality.

However, having a peak experience does not require adventure or adrenaline.

Rather, peak experiences are often simple and serendipitous, happening when you least expect them.

They are experiences of pure presence, and they may be short, such as a few seconds, or long such as many hours or even days.

In peak experiences you enter a portal that takes you to the bliss state: one of the most expanded states.  And you experience this state fully in the environment: fully embodied, eyes wide open, all senses operating.

Some of the names: kundalini opening, bliss, nirvana, and so forth imply that there is something you must do to create this state.

But again, a true peak experience happens on its own, without you even trying.
It is a matter of moving aside your distractions, and simply being in what is.

Thus, there is no place you need to travel to, no drug you need to take, no adventure you need to sign up for, no practice you need to be doing to have a peak experience.

You simply need to show up to your real life, right as it is this moment, and be in it fully, with all your perception.

    • To drink a cup of coffee can be a peak experience.
    • To walk without knowing where you’re going can be a peak experience.
    • To get up early with the sun can be a peak experience.
    • To take a shower can be a peak experience.

In this way, you see that peak experiences are ordinary moments, perceived at in an extraordinary way.

Why not knowing can be a good thing.

    Picture

When you're changing, it's okay to not know what's next.

Have you ever felt stuck, or do you feel stuck now?

That numbing state, where you know you're unhappy, but you don't know which way to turn, which path to take, what to do next?

And the more you try to figure it out logically, or even with spiritual tools such as meditation and direct connection with your guides, the more confused you get?

Even the synchronicities around you don't make sense: they're happening, you can see them. But they don't tally up. You can't figure them out.

One of the biggest thing you learn about living a guided life... a life in which you let the Universe lead instead of trying to push the river... is that stuckness is okay, chaos is okay, not knowing is okay.

These aren't our favorite places to be, but they are a part of the cycle of change and growth that we each embark upon every month, day.. .sometimes several times a day!

You can look at the process of change in three stages:

    • Stuckness, in which you are moving against the Universe
    • Gap or Chaos, in which you are in free-fall, you don't know what to do
    • Flow, in which you're moving effortlessly in synch with the Universe once again

At the beginning of your spiritual understanding, most of spend a heck of a lot of time in Stuckness: we stay in there because we are in fear, in pain, distracted, numbed out.

It takes a lot of courage to stop hanging onto the cliff with your fingernails and just let go... trusting that net is going to show up, even if you can't see it yet.

But after you've done the process a few times... wow!

Your spiritual understanding increases, you begin to TRUST the Universe, (which is what it's there for) and you begin to learn how to quickly, even instantaneously do the process: Stuck to Gap to Flow.

    Take off your armor.

We are always invited to take off our armor.

    • We can stop hacking away at time and its impossible demands.
    • We can stop fighting chaos and the drama of the world.
    • We can set down our swords and let the battle rage on without us.

In June, we are granted reprieve... and if we are wise, we take ourselves to quiet green places and plunge our bare feet into cool streams, and we slow down and open up and REMEMBER why we're on this planet.

In this month of Summer Solstice, I invite you to:
    • Live "en plein air" as much as you can.
    • Rise early, with the birds.
    • Notice the air on your skin.
    • Eat plant foods with vital force.
    • Forest bathe: just you and the trees.
    • Begin to observe the first sunsets of summer.
    • Marvel at how much Light is arriving into the world.

The world, with all its cares and worries, can wait.
In June, the Light increases and extends, so we can WAKE UP from the illusion of worldly pressures, and experience the essence of life.

How often are you in bliss?

    You remember, don't you?

That moment when you were doing nothing in particular... hanging out, having fun, relaxing?

When all at once the Universe shifted, and you shifted with it... and suddenly everything became enchanted, magical, absolutely amazing!

You found yourself in Bliss state, open to everything, one with everything. And suddenly you were laughing, in love with everything, your whole heart bursting open!

And you knew you were free.

One of the ways you can get to this place is by doing your inner work, your soul work, your karmic clearing.

Are you a Highly Sensitive Person?

Most intuitive are Highly Sensitive Persons.

In the field of intuition, we would expect MOST intuitive to be highly sensitive.
However, we might not call it highly sensitive. We might call it.... awake, aware, conscious, expanded.

When we are living from soul, living as conscious beings... it is normal, correct and everyday to be exquisitely sensitive to Every Little Thing All The Time.

    How do you feel today?

Do you still need your story?

    Image description
As souls, we are beyond narrative.

That story we tell other people about who we are? It's not true.

That story we tell ourselves? About how this happened, and that happened, and what that meant, and why this was important?

    It's not true either.

Our story, our narrative, the tale we tell about ourselves.... it's just the tiniest little piece of who we are.
