We spend a lot of time being afraid of stuff.
Being afraid of what might happen.
Being afraid of what might not happen.
And sometimes we get so caught up in our worry and our fear, we forget that we are here to live.
The way we let our mind loop--the way we manage our thoughts—is our responsibility.
No one else can be in charge of this.
We have to do it ourselves.
And the thing is... we can.
