 Change makes room
for a new status quo. Change shakes us up. Change dismantles the grip of old habits and old views. Change points us in a new direction that we have not seen and could not see before. When everything is shifting and the ground is sliding fast it is hard to get our footing, it is hard to stabilize. But what if... stability was not the point? Change changes us. Change gets us unstuck. The result of all change, whether perceived as positive or dreaded as negative is a way of clearing the board, so that what is new can arrive.  Crack open your heart
even the smallest amount, the tiniest sliver, and Light will find its way in. This is your life, and you can find your way now or you can find your way later, or you can find your way in a next life or lifetimes after that. But oh, what if you were to crack open your heart NOW, and begin to live in Light? And if your heart is open now, what if you were to expand it further? Further still? Beyond what you thought was even possible for you?  So many of you live with hidden hearts!
So many of you live with armored hearts! So many of you live in fear that if you allow even the slightest piece of Light in, your hearts will shatter into a million pieces. This is not so. To live numb to your feelings, to deliberately numb out or hide your feelings… this is the greatest tragedy. Pain felt in the hidden heart is absolute pain. Yet in an instant, it can be alleviated, opened, and healed with Light.  You may find yourself receiving messages
when you enter into stillness. Other times, messages come unexpectedly, while you are doing easy, relaxed, uncomplicated things: walking, being in nature, waking up from your dreams, journaling, reading, listening to music, simply showing up to where you are and what you are doing, without attachment to any particular idea about how it should or should not be. |
