It's common to feel edgy, angry, anxious in this world.

The more infused we are with this frequency, the more we live there all the time.
In other words: we experience peace, so we see things more peacefully, so we experience more peace, and so on.
What we pay attention to expands… this is the same with spiritual practice.
It’s a beautiful snowball effect of peace bringing more peace, and more peace becoming your reality.
