    Are you in the wasteland?

    Picture
Sometimes we  are lost in the wasteland.

    We feel:
    • blocked
    • thwarted
    • stuck
    • lost
    • sad
    • confused

When you notice you are feeling this way, you can trust that many of your ego identities are releasing at once. You are shedding skins.

You will probably start to notice that:
    • Things you enjoyed are no longer enjoyable.
    • Goals you had aren’t interesting any more.
    • Places you used to go don’t exist or are blocked.
    • People you used to know are MIA.
    • Relationships are dry and parched.

When everything falls apart, it often falls apart all at once.
This does not mean our lives are over.

It means we are in the wasteland—a time of enormous cleansing and clearing.

It means we are shedding skins—identities, old ways-- at a furious pace, and all we can do at the moment is wait until the cycle is finished.

If this is happening to you get curious:
    • What is leaving?
    • What is letting go?
    • How are you shedding skins?
    • How are you becoming free?

The wasteland does not last forever. It lasts until we have shed our skin, and are standing fresh and clean, ready to go forward again.

    Do you know stillness?

    Picture
Are you a person who enjoys stillness and quiet?
Who loves to hang out and "be"?
Who loves to not do anything in particular?
    Who loves private time?

    I sure do.

However, just because I’m an introvert, as many of you are—it doesn’t mean I get to live in my own little solitude bubble.

Just like you, my life is filled with the noise and chaos and drama of everything and everyone, all the time.

So, what I make sure I get a stillness fix, every single day.

Every 24 hours, no matter what, I carve out a little spot of quiet time for myself, in which I might connect with the Guides, do some journaling, sit in nature, or do nothing in at all.

I find that these moments spent in stillness create more change in myself and my life than all the hours of busyness.

Being always brings me to greater understanding than doing.
Is this the same for you?

    Channeled Forecast DECEMBER 2022

    Healing is Instantaneous

This idea of pain that must be healed.
This idea of past that must be released.
All of this, attempting to clear or release past pain, karmic wound, past life carryover, all of this.

    Yes.
    But only for a time

When you accept that healing is instantaneous, clearing is a door you walk through, releasing is a complete step that does not need repetition, you realize you do not need to cling to your healing.

Your healing is not something that needs to be worked at.
All healing is instantaneous and it is complete.
Thus, you do not need to keep repeating the healing rituals, keep releasing the past, keep releasing the karmic wound.

Healing is instantaneous and happens completely.
When you heal, release, clear, you can trust that it is complete.

There is no need to repeat, repeat, repeat.
You do not need to work on your healing.
    You are already healed.

There is not need to keep coming back for more healing.
When the healing is complete, stop healing.

A person who is healed does not need more healing.
A person who is healed is ready to move on to new things.
This is the purpose of the healing—to allow a person to walk from one room of reality and understanding to a new room.

    One room is pain.
    Crossing the threshold is healing.
The next room is soul destiny.

You will do this over and over in a lifetime: crossing from one understanding to the next via the threshold of healing.

The healing is instantaneous, and allows you to move forward with new understanding. Once you have the new understanding, you do not need to cross the threshold again.

Yes, there is deep trauma. This is not a question of healing, which is instantaneous. It is a question of integration. The mind/ego/personality must catch up to the soul self, and this takes time.

But do not mistake the time need for the integration of trauma in the mind/ego/personality with the instantaneous reality of healing.

Healing is like a sudden light that illuminates all. The soul sees this light, goes toward it, remembers it's true nature and does not go back.

The mind/ego/personality sees the light, feels the light, and then spends some time analyzing and integrating all that has happened.

The body advises; it is the alert system that lets you know that healing has happened, and it is the alert system that lets you know when you are integrated.

You are healed! This is instant and complete.
You integrate the healing. This may take time.
You suddenly feel better, relieved and different.
    This is the cycle.

However, when you are healed, you do not need to repeat the healing. It is complete already. It arrives to you before you even ask.
Work on the integration, if this is where you are stuck.

You do not need to over heal.
You may need to work on integration.
This is the process of soul growth.

    Does meditation even work?

    Picture
    Does meditation even work?
    Does it actually change us?

    Yes.
    And yes.

Whether you have a formal sitting practice, or you do the type of meditation that I teach—intuitive gathering—yes,  meditation changes you.

    It changes you instantly.
And it changes you over time.
    Both.

It changes your body, by changing your physiology and hormones as you breathe.
But it also changes you as a soul, by connecting you to Divine source.

When we connect in to the energy of the Universe, we for a moment cross the veil and understand this energy of everything, and we know ourselves as part of it.

Meditation shows us that we are not separate.
Not just as an idea or concept.
But as a radical truth that can never be taken from  us.

If you have a moment right now, you can meditate.
    Wow.
    What if you did that?

Just close your eyes, take a breath in through the nose t out through the mouth. And then, relax in that stillness.

Let your thoughts deal with themselves.
And feel yourself a part of everything, for as long as you want to stay in.

When you come back to this reality, you will be a little bit changed.
If you want more, do it again.
If you want a lot more, make it a spiritual practice.

    The gift of anxiety.

    Picture
What if... we looked at anxiety as a kind of gift: a deep sensitivity that allows us to feel everything, all the time?

What if... anxiety is a sign of being monumentally in tune with all of the energies, even if this sometimes leads to overwhelm?

If anxiety is sensitivity, then is it a problem?
Or is it a gift or skill, that we can learn to work with?

When we remember that anxiety is a sensitivity, not a shortcoming, we find that we can work with anxiety pretty easily.

One thing that works is to MOVE: When an anxious thought comes, you can walk, swim, run, move, shift, look away, breathe, hug... any of these, and the thought cycle is broken.

Another thing that works is to BE: when an anxious thought comes, just stop doing. Become still, turning inward, ground, and letting all those demands and clamor and busyness of the world fade away.

    Try solution one: doing.
If that doesn’t work, try solution two: being.
One of them will work, long enough for you to remember who you really are.

    Infinite, Divine.
    A part of everything.

When you know yourself as One, you know there's nothing to be anxious about.
    You can't be harmed, ever.
Your soul self is always safe.

    Much love,
    SARA

    The beauty of failure.

    Picture
As we move through the ups and downs that life contains, it is useful to recognize a few things:

We are definitely going to fail.
We are  absolutely going to mess up.
We are positively going to screw up.,
We are  undeniably going to make mistakes.
We are going to be irrefutabley  brilliant in our ability to fail!

The thing is: We’re raised with the idea that failing is a mistake, or some kind of reflection of our worth.

Nothing could be further from the truth.
    In essence, failure is growing.

Failure is the sign that we have stretched past a limit.
Failure is a sign that we are actively expanding.
Failure is a sign of a soul in expansion.

Fail, try, fall, try again. This is how we learn soul lessons.

It is a great thing to free yourself from the idea of failure as bad and simply to accept that failure means we are growing.
