    You set the pace.

    Picture
You learn at the pace you can handle.

When big changes arrive into your life: the loss of a job, the passing of a loved one, an unexpected financial problem, a health issue, a crisis…

These are all ways that speed up your learning.

To have a near death experience, in which you move beyond the veil momentarily and know the true reality of the soul?

This expands you at an accelerated rate.

In some cases, it takes you to consciousness immediately, so that you remember all that you have forgotten.

We say: you don’t have to have a near death experience to experience this; you can do it at any time.

However, some of you, in your stubbornness or your fear, need a crisis of this magnitude to knock you momentarily through the veil.

You get to the place where you’re so, so ready for an upshift in your learning.

Yet because you’re not going to do it on your own, the Universe steps in.

By Universe, we mean everything: all the collective forces that sense and know when a soul is ready to move to the next step or stage.

It’s every little thing, this Oneness that you are part of and is part of you that senses when you are ready to expand.

    What matters to you?

    Picture
    What really matters to you?

If you ask most people what matters to them, you might hear these answers:

    “My family matters most.”
    “My relationships matter most.”
    “My work matters most.”
    “My health matters most.”

Of course, all of these are very important—they are worthy of mattering.

And yet, what’s not on this list, might be what you find the most important of all: How you experience this lifetime.

Not the way you think about your experience.
Not the narrative or story you tell.
But how you experience life, moment to moment to moment, every moment as Now.

If you have a chance today, to engage in a Now moment that is breathtaking in its beauty and wholeness, you might find that matters—very much indeed.

Life is a feast, a celebration, a sacrament.
    Enjoying the Now matters.

    Channeled Forecast AUGUST 2023

    Now is Freedom

This lifetime flows like a river from birth to death.

But this lifetime is more than a measure of linear time.
The years pass, one year following the other; we agree on that.

But something else is happening, that we do not a name for yet.

If you see everything as multidimensional, and you believe that everything happens Now, then you see that all of life, all of your experience of this lifetime and all lifetimes, is happening in all moments all at once.

So, what is the difference between an event that happened in the past, and your memory of that event, and that event happening now, and your future thinking of that event?

There are differences in the physical plane.
There are differences in linear time.
Even the experiences themselves may be different.
But everything is experienced as Now.

Now is the only place we can be.
It is impossible for us to exist anywhere else.

Even when we are journeying into past lives, or future predictions, or crossing the veils to different dimensions, or whatever we are doing… it’s all still Now.

This means, it is only in Now that we can experience:
    The trauma that happened before.
The trauma remembered from the past.
    The trauma happening now.
The trauma we worry about in the future.

    Now.
    Now.
    Now.
    Now.

Nowness is very elegant, because it liberates us.
    Nowness simplifies the equation.
    Nowness solves the problem.

We are no longer locked in the curse of karma over generations.
We are no longer punished for the sins of our ancestors.
We are no longer punished for our sins.
We are no longer doomed, trapped or held hostage by our mistakes.

We are free to go forward into whatever experiences we find meaningful, and if part of that is choosing to be free of the trauma (past, recalled, now or future), we can do that.

We do not need to spend a moment longer suffering.
We do not need to carry that big bag of trauma around, one minute longer.

Trauma from the past can be released.
Trauma recalled does not need to be remembered.
Trauma now can be shifted—we can free ourselves.
Trauma in the future can be released.

The reality of Nowness gives us the freedom to understand that no matter what our experience, past, present or future, we are free to experience something else.

People experience tremendous pain from the wounds of the past.
Some lifetimes see to be mostly suffering.

    Pain is real.
    Trauma is real.
    Suffering is real.
These are experiences we all have.

Yet as souls, we are here to learn to transcend suffering.
    Remembering Now is useful.
It is a key to liberation.

    How does gratitude change us?

    Picture
Put in the simplest terms: Gratitude brings us to grace.

No matter how we are feeling, what we are thinking, or how miserable our life seems to be, the moment we turn our attention to gratitude, everything changes.

    We physically change—we deeply relax.
We emotionally change—we become flooded with feeling.
We intuitively change— we open to awareness.
We spiritually change—we connect with everything.

Think of one thing you are grateful for.
    Now add one more thing.
    Now, one more.

    Notice how you have shifted.

    Can we really change?

    Picture
We sometimes wonder if it is possible to really, truly change.

We get to a point in our life, where we look back at who we have been, and we see who we are now, and it seems like we haven’t changed that much.

We think we’re still who we used to be.
    Except we’re not.

And of course, the outer changes don’t matter: how we look, what we do, who we’re with, what we’re involved with. It’s easy to change those things.

It’s the inner self that we’re asked to pay attention to.
That’s where we find the only change that matters.

We might notice, over time, that our body has changed.
But what we really need to notice, is how we have become more compassionate.

We might notice, over time, that we have changed our relationships.
But what we really need to notice, is how we are releasing our need to control.

When we try to change by controlling—that’s just surface change.
But when we let go of control—when we let the Universe lead us instead of our ego—this is where change begins.

    What happens when we're fearless?

    Picture
We spend a lot of time being afraid of stuff.

Being afraid of what might happen.
Being afraid of what might not happen.

And sometimes, we get so caught up in our worry and our fear, we forget that we are here to live.

The way we let our mind loop—the way we manage our thoughts—is our responsibility.
No one else can be in charge of this.
We have to do it ourselves.

    And the thing is—we can.

If you have been stuck in obsessive thought loops of fear and worry—of what we often call anxiety in this modern age—know that the thoughts are real, because they are the way you are experiencing anxiety.

And yet, also know, that you have the power to shift out of that obsessive loop—to truly shift to a different dimension, so that you will no longer be in that reality.

Mainstream thought tells us it takes a long time to change.
Or maybe even that we can't change.

But, in reality, when we work from our soul, change is easy and instantaneous
