For a few years now I have craved one of those fancy coffee makers that make individual cups of coffee.
But I always resisted buying one.
I'm the only coffee drinker at our house, and I like to live really simply in terms of gadgets and such. For me, less is way better!
This past weekend at the International New Age Trade Show in Denver, I got to stay at a fancy hotel courtesy of my publisher, Llewellyn.
I was excited about the puffy towels, bazillon soft pillows—you could even order a live goldfish for your room, in case you got lonely!
But the most impressive to me, was they had these special coffee makers, just like I'd always wanted. Pop in the tiny sealed canister, push a button and your brew is ready!
I popped, I pushed, I sipped.
And then the wake up call arrived... I liked my home coffee better. The simple boil water, run it through a recycled paper filter, direct into the cup coffee style.
Rich, deep, perfect. Ahhhhhh!
Sometimes we think we want something, only to find our we really don't. In coffee, and in many aspects of our lives.
The good thing is, the Universe is well aware of what we think we want, and what we actually need to accompany us on our path of highest possibility.
Take a look at this in your own life today.
