Hi Sara-- I'm hoping you might have some words of advice. I feel like lately I've become too sensitive to other peoples energy, to the point where it makes me feel jumpy and jittery, not grounded, not myself, and absolutely uncomfortable in all situations. It's compounded by the fact that it's at home, too-- my last housemate and current housemate both have been unhappy, jittery, tweaky, and that's how I've felt. I recently went to a street fair and was overwhelmed. What can I do to not absorb their energy, especially when it's related to me (previous housemate was unhappy with me, my dog, my rent amount, etc, and I took that on myself). Any words of wisdom are much apprecaited, or even a link to an episode where you might have talked about this.
Many, many thanks,
Being sensitive is not without its drawbacks! It can be hard to live in the earth world, because you feel everything—everyone's emotions, the emotions and energy in places, of things, of situations, all of it. You feel the energy of the planet, weather, the energy of technology... all of it.
The only answer I can provide, is that you begin a very active practice of being in direct connection with your guides and angelic beings. This will effectively shift your energy frequency to a higher vibration, which will allow you to be able to handle your sensitivity better. One good course for this is Be A Divine Conduit for Guides and Angels, which you can do daily.
Once you start having direct connection with the Divine, I think you will feel better. —SARA
