Dear Sara, I have been on a spiritual journey now for a few months after suffering a total emotional breakdown. Part of my journey is trying to reconnect with my psychic ability I had when I was younger.
It's been a long time since Ive slept and actuactally recall details ftom a dream. My mind is nothing but blackness.
I have tried so many methods to clear my mind to see images and still nothing. Can you offer me any advise besides deep breathing, meditation, chakra opening, that might help me relax to clear my mind?
I took your course on the rose technique, Spiritual Psychic. I love it but just can't see it, or smell it or feel it. Do certain medical conditions impair this ability?
BLESSINGS - Alison
I think it is important to be patient with yourself; very, very gentle right now. you are in the midst of great opening and shifting, and this takes time.
There are different kinds of emotional breakdowns, and many can leave us with an extreme vulnerability, the sense that we are walking around in the world without our skins on.
I certainly hope you are working with a therapist or medical professional, as depression can get very overwhelming.
You are walking in state of extreme openness right now, and sometimes at this place or point of spiritual awakening, we simply cannot experience ANY MORE EMOTION, BLISS, OPENING or DIVINE INFORMATION at that point.
We've opened to where we can... and then, we need to wait until we have integrated this in our minds and bodies, before we can open any further.
People who have Near Death Experiences talk about this... the experience blows them away, blows them apart, and they they need time to integrate it.
For you case, I would suggest you look to three things to help you; don't focus on doing intuitive development for a little while. Instead, I would suggest:
• Healing music. You might like my album Radhe's Dream.
• Movement... dance, walking, anything rhythmic and in the body.
• Nature. Look at the image above, which is of the trees where I live. Aren't they amazing? Go find something like that, or the ocean, or whatever is natural to your area, and just hang out in nature for a few hours.
It shifts and heals us, like nothing else.
It's been 3 years since I met Thomas. I'm married to a sweet husband that loves me deeply. I have strong feelings for my lover, I feel a strong attraction.
Thomas is also married, also deeply in love with his wife. It seems that I'm the only one very wrong. I can't stop thinking about him, and even though he loves being with me very once in a while, he resists to that and want to be a good man.
I would like to be in love with my husband in that way, but the only thing I can think of is that Thomas is extremely handsome and sexy. Can you give me some light?. Thank you. - Lisa
I find it's pretty normal to find other people to be extremely handsome and sexy! This is a part of being human, and of being souls—our greatest longing is to connect and to come to Oneness with each other. Plus, everyone is a Beautiful Soul, when you look deeply and with love.
However... There's something out of balance energetically in your life right now, and it's always good to illuminate what's going on. To really get in there and LOOK at it, instead of just letting things happen.
You say that your husband loves you deeply; I sense this is true. However, it's also true that his feelings won't be the same if he finds out about your affair with Thomas.
Also; this is the same for Thomas and his wife.
Energetically, it's very difficult for people in today's society to be with more than one mutually exclusive, monogamous relationship at a time. There are open relationships, of course, which is a different way of deciding to approach relationship.
But you're not in an open relationship. And neither is Thomas.
The main thing to know is this: Thomas is not your answer. What you seek doesn't lie with him. He's a fantasy, a projection, something that you letting your thoughts loop on; he's not really real.
If he was real, he'd be at your doorstep, divorced, pleading with you to come with him
But... he's not doing that.
Your boredom with your husband may need to be fixed, or maybe that relationship is done. I suspect your boredom is really with YOURSELF; you are not living at the level that you are capable of. Not risking enough, not growing enough.
Three years is too long to be wasting your life in a fantasy, projection.

My best advice to you: detach yourself from Thomas, look at what's really going on with you and your husband, and start looking at who you really want to be, and how you really want to live.
My name is Jeremy and I'm fourteen going on fifteen. I've always been interested in psychic/intuitive abilities. For as long as I can remember, I always knew that I was different from most of my friends. I was told I was a crystal child, and it seemed like everything that happened to me that I couldn't explain was suddenly crystal clear to me.
Since I found that out, I've been doing everything I can to find out more about it. I read your book Your Psychic Child and it really helped me begin to understand what I've been able to do for most if not all of my life, but I can never seem to use it when I want to. So, I decided to learn how to develop my abilities so that I could use them voluntarily. But to do that, I decide I should get my mom on board.
My parents divorced when I was less than a year old. I see my dad on a somewhat regular basis. Both of my parents are remarried and have kids. I had some trouble when I was in the fifth grade when I told a former teacher about some dreams I had, and she started a whole hurricane of chaos in both of my families. So, I have strained relationships with most of my family on all sides. But because my stepmom and dad were right on board from the moment I found out about the crystal child thing, I believed my mom would be the most supportive. I was wrong.
She shrugged me off, and actually got mad at me when I tried to tell her. It was the exact thing that happened when I tried to tell her and my stepdad about some scary experiences I was having with a shadow figure in my room. I had hoped that if I talked to my mom alone, that she would be more understanding, because she always used to believe in this. Just trying to open up and share who I am. My good friend said that if my mom didn't believe me, then so what? She said I should focus on developing my abilities and not care what other people say or think. But at fourteen with almost zilch privacy, its hard to ignore my parents when they walk in and I'm working on this or reading about it.
Sara, what am I suppose to do? I talk like I have it figured out with my friends and my stepmom and dad, but the truth is, I'm completely lost. I don't want to start freshman year with the strains that I started eighth grade at a new school with. Do I continue with my quest? if so, what do I do if my parents come knocking and confront me about it?
Thank you for reading this. It's nice to ask someone who really gets it.:) - Jeremy
I am so glad you wrote. You are a good writer and express yourself very clearly; that's a great gift.
First, you are who you are. You know that song by Macklemore, Same Love? The bigger part of that song is not just about gay rights. It's about this:
Live on. Be yourself.
And also, this:
... I can't change
Even if I tried
Even if I wanted to
Your soul entered the world, to the particular family you are in, for a reason. You might not understand this reason until you are in your 20s, or 30s, or 50s!
I'm sorry it seems they don't understand you, or don't know how to help you. That's very hard. But this is how it's been for many, many healers and intuitives and those who are spiritually aware. We don't fit in, we aren't understood — until many years later, when we get our on our own and can live as adults.
In your case... you are entering high school. This is your chance to line things up so that you have good opportunities to go to college or to take the next step for yourself, as an adult.Try to take advantage of this time, so that you will have a solid footing for the next step: being able to support yourself and take care of yourself, as an adult. I know it seems impossible now, but by the time you are a senior, you will understand that it has been one tiny step along the way.
The psychic/Divine stuff is important... but also, the practical stuff is important too. Learn how to pay attention to both.
I feel that your mom is actually quite aware of your abilities, and it's very frightening to her. I think she had these abilities, or those are in her lineage, but were blocked or not allowed. Understand that these abilities are new to the world at the level you have them, and that this is scary for many who were taught that opening and awareness outside of religion is bad.
You know... another thing is. You said you felt lost. This is normal at your age. Freshman year of high school is a bit... well, a bit of an adjustment. Know that you'll be facing a ton of change, your emotions will be all over the place, and this is just how it is as a teenager. You're growing, not just physically, but all other ways. So it's a lot to handle. It gets easier.
Finally, make very sure, and be very clear about your practices. There is no room for anything that is low vibration, old superstition. For example, you should never use a Ouiji board, or contact spirits without a Divine guide or Angel present. For you, only circulating in the highest realms you can reach. No messing with Goth or lower vibe stuff.
I would love for you to work with my FREE podcasts, which will help you move forward on your path.
I am in the middle of a career change to become an entrepreneur. I am at a crucial junction where I am a bit uncertain what will come.
I have been successful for the past 10 years with my current job as an IT guy but I know I have to move on. I know my life mission is not just IT… It is more than that.. and not sure what will come.. I can only move a step at a time … and I think being an entrepreneur is a great step ahead. ;P
I wish I have your blessing as my mentor and as my guiding angel to talk to. I have always see myself as special, as blessed,… J
My head is a bit dense and need loosening up to speak to my ‘guiding angel’. I enjoyed your book on nurturing psychic kids. You have so much to give to this world. Warm Regards—Victor
Being an entrepreneur is one of the most fun, authentic, amazing ways to make a living and do good work on this planet; I sense that you have the right personality to work in this way, and you will also do well by pairing up with one or a few other people as a team; you have the ability to work that way too.
Don't worry too much... sometimes just having the intention to start a new direction is all that you need to create what you want.
I'd suggest for your entrepreneur work, that you use my course Manifest Miracles; that will be really useful to you in showing you how to create your heart's desire.
Learning how to use intuition is one of the top skills an entrepreneur can learn. When you work in energy, Divine flow and from the right side of the brain, everything is much simpler than struggling through with old, outdated left-brain thought.
