I know that we’ve just had the Shift, but I still feel so down. It feels like the world is still so dark. What can I do? — Tim
I would love for you to take a look at my book, The Four Passages of the Heart, in which you'll learn an absolutely amazing technique to move from pain into love. It’s not hard to do, it works brilliantly, and once you know how to do this, you will consistently be able to shift yourself from low vibration to high vibration in a matter of seconds, no matter where you are or what you are doing. This technique works for everyone, no matter what belief system, although I suppose you have to believe in love and the Divine to do it. But aside from that, it’s for every human being.
So... that's a tool you can start to use right away. The thing I notice about the Shift is that things seem more peaceful, less anxious in general. I notice myself and others simply “feeling good” more than we used to. Do you notice this small change? I notice a lessening of anxiety in many of my clients; it’s not perfect, but there is a sense of peace, or that “everything is going to be okay”. Do you feel this change?
Begin to focus on these slight shifts in the energy that we are living in. Just by noticing these small changes in your life and world, you will begin to see the pattern of Shift that did indeed happen, and is continuing to happen and expand.
The Divine works with us as we’re able to manage it; after all, we are human, and too much angel trumpets and bright lights are a bit rough on the human system. So we’re getting the Shift subtly, in small changes, in ways that we can handle and integrate the change. Pay attention, breathe, meditate and pray—and begin to notice this in your life.
